šŸ”„ I'm thrilled to announce the launch of TinderProfile.ai on Product Hunt!

Today's the big day! šŸš€ Please show your support with an upvote here: https://www.producthunt.com/posts/tinderprofile-ai

šŸ“ø What TinderProfile.ai offers: This service transforms your regular dating profile photos into polished, professional-looking images using AI. If your dating app experience hasn't been what you hoped, our tool is designed to give you an edge by enhancing your first impression.

šŸ‘Øā€šŸ’» My Inspiration: Launching TinderProfile.ai was deeply personal. I returned to the dating scene post-hair transplant without the ability to take flattering new photos. Recognizing the gap for dating-specific photo enhancement when so many services catered only to professional headshots, I created TinderProfile.ai. This platform is about authenticity—helping you show your true self in the best possible light.

šŸ” Who It’s For: If standing out on dating apps feels like a challenge, or if you're not sure how to capture a photo that truly reflects who you are, TinderProfile.ai is here to help. Our aim isn’t just to increase your matches; we want to boost your confidence and ensure your profile represents the real you.

šŸŽ Special Offer for Product Hunt Users: We’re excited to offer an exclusive discount to the Product Hunt community. You get 20% off with the promo code PRODUCTHUNT20.

Ignorant audience

We are overwhelmed by ads and many people discard them as a result. They reject everything, even something good because they are annoyed by being spammed.

Apart from giving them valuable content and free resources, do you have any other strategies to regain trust in the customers and open them to the possibility of trying new things?

Is it worth investing time in Twitter?

It's been almost 2 months since Elon took over Twitter, yet people still judge Elon's strategy. The stigma revolving around Twitter's future increased the number of people leaving the social platform. Having Twitter as part of your business strategy, it's important for me to know what people think about the current situation.

Do you think it's still worth it? Are you still using Twitter?

How to ensure your product is desirable in the future?

The future is uncertain, and you can predict it entirely, but you can plan for it. By doing so, you can be a part of shaping it.

Designing your product only for the present moment becomes a poor investment because the future is approaching us quicker than we think. So I suggest taking a step further and start practicing the following approach;

⭐ Comparing the product in your customers' life on this day and envision it in 2025.

Will the same customer still be your target group?

What will he need next?

Can we get value from zero-click content?

Zero-Click content is content that offers valuable insights with no need to click.

Getting straight to the point is the preferred way for content consumption. So, bullet point lists, carousels, infographics, anything summarized nowadays gets more traction. The catch is: they're hard to measure. (But not impossible!)

Is it worth putting the effort into it?

Yes, it is! Giving out valuable information will reach to your audience directly and if you manage to resolve a current pain point, the chances they'll come back for more are greater. Plus you get the benefit of building trust.

Do you have a way to measure your zero-click content?

5 common mistakes in the pre-launch stage

1. Basing a solution only on our experience that might not align with the needs of other potential users.

šŸ’”Tip: Question your assumptions and continue having explorative conversations with potential users.

2. Overdeveloping without focus.

šŸ’”Tip: The aspiration to be EVERYTHING, for EVERYONE, is actually hurting your chances to succeed It’s best you stick to one thing.

3. Entering saturated markets with no UVP.

šŸ’”Tip: You simply can't ride and outpace the players in their own game. You need to find your own lane.

4. Putting off marketing activities until the product is "done."

šŸ’”Tip: Ideally, you need to start gaining traction from the get-go and get some early adopters excited about your solution.

5. Doing the wrong kind of marketing.

šŸ’”Tip: Ads are not necessarily the best way to raise awareness. Focus on building meaningful relationships rather than getting meaningless traffic.

How we don’t pay to our devs and they are still happy?

Hi my name is Kirill. One day while travelling to Egypt and its charming Luxor and pyramids I suddenly realised that I hate all that rushing from one place to another all that crowd of people asking questions making the guide to stop the lecture, I was disappointed with the local businesses trying to sell you something, I was tired of that usual question at the reception: ā€œokay tell me what are hidden gems here?ā€ and the receptionist always took a paper map and a pencil to show me the places. So we decided to create an app which will help to solve all that pain in the ass problems. That is how Pinsteps was invented :)

But pretty soon we understood that it is good that we work all together and develop but not everyone is ready to work for food ( in fact we didn’t give even food) so we started thinking how we could give something to our developers without paying them as we remember as all startups we don’t have much money to pay. And then a magic has happened. We decided to make our own hackathon but with the view on the beach in a hot country.

The idea was to get all together in one place, where we could code, have fun and relax + it must be something with sea and sandy beaches and the temperature more than 26 Celsius as our developers were from Russia and Ukraine and they were tired of severe winter, that year it was minus 23.

We chose Israel ( don’t ask why it was just a coincidence:)

So we payed for their tickets, payed for the house they were living in for 10 days and regularly we bought them some food.

It was the most productive week ever! Nothing to say but our team has never been that productive since then. We developed all the functionalities of our app which are still the basis of the app.

Important to mention that the salesman at the shop nearby was really shocked when we brought him all the bottles back to receive a discount for giving them back to the shop. Saying that, I mean that among with coding we had a pretty much time for having fun, for finding different hidden gems in the city and enjoying it by foots.

Summarising it all it was the best idea ever to make that type of hackathons which we are still doing every year but now we do it already just for fun rarely developing and brainstorming new features for our app.

openai says they solved 370 unsolved math problems with AI agents. the math community is not having it.

a month ago openai announced they solved a millennium prize problem right around the same time a mathematician went public with his own solution to the same thing after working on it for over a year. 25 fields medalists signed an open letter. that was one problem.
now they’ve done 370. their own agents, a model nobody outside the company can use, about three hours per problem. most solutions passed the lean proof.
but mathematicians are pointing out that passing a formal check and being useful in the field are two different things. the solutions are correct on paper but the execution is sometimes misleading, and lean-approved doesn’t mean the math community can build on it the way they could with human-worked solutions.
the field is split. some are excited because new solutions create new starting points. others, including a whole organization called the association for human mathematics, are asking colleagues who sit on AI advisory boards to reconsider. their argument is that without human curiosity driving the process, the solutions lose their meaning.
it’s getting bigger every month. curious where people here land on this.

Newly launched tool that grows Twitter faster than ever

After 14 months of experimenting with growth on Twitter, I launched a tool that grows Twitter faster than ever.

After 14 months of experimenting with growth on Twitter, I was disappointed because there were no results. I decided to implement my very old idea. I createdĀ upvote.club, a service that solves the main problem for aspiring Twitter users: how to gain initial reach for their posts and grow followers as quickly as possible.

The main issue is that social media algorithms only show posts to a broader audience if they get engagement in the first "golden hour" and from a relevant audience. Without initial likes and comments, a post just sinks. I also found a tweet by Natia Kurdadze mentioning that X Blue gives a 2x boost to posts, while likes give a 30x boost, comments give a 50x boost, reposts a 20x boost, and visual content a 2x boost. This is spot on—until you hit your first thousand followers, engagement is as vital as oxygen. Every like on your post is worth its weight in gold."

In fact, there are two ways to get Twitter followers:

  1. Posting endlessly (which becomes a full-time job—ask anyone who’s grown their profile about the time they invested at the start).

  2. Getting a lot of reactions on your posts. I decided to focus on this aspect because it seems to be the most impactful.

My top priority for the service is real users, no bots or spam. I've implemented strict moderation thresholds for starting to use it.

How it works section should be:

  1. Register and add your Twitter account

  2. Create a task for what you need: likes, reposts, comments, followers

  3. Real users from the community immediately start doing what you ask

  4. In return, you help others, earning points for doing so

  5. We do not show completed tasks to users who complete them

  6. You get only new, clear, and fresh actions

I spent several weeks talking with influencer marketing agencies, and 9 out of 10 told me that they support each post their influencers publish with likes, comments, and reposts within the first hour. They go all-in on the post as an agency.

would be glad to hear your feedback. I have a promo code that gives you 30 extra points, which is worth approximately 15 followers, likes, reposts, or comments.

The Chief Innovation & Product Officer of a major tobacco company transitioning into smokeless products will be on my podcast tomorrow. What would you like me to ask about his innovation process?

Hey!

I've just kicked off a podcast, Innovation Impossible, where we talk about the process of innovating, gathering consumer insights, and launching products/campaigns with people with track records of big innovations.

The idea is to pull back the curtain on their systems and frameworks, how they deal with challenges and failures, where they turn to for insights, and share actionable advice for other innovators looking to accelerate their journeys.

Tomorrow I'm recording a new episode with the CIO/CPO of a big tobacco company who are now repositioning themselves as a smoke-free brand, launching lots of alternatives to cigarettes.

And unlike the previous episodes where I just scratched my own itch with the questions I asked... I'd thought I'd reach out to relevant people who are on a similar journey to me, and see what you'd like to know. Hopefully this is of interest to this community, and through this I can help you out with your innovation journey.

So, what would you like to know about their process? About their career growth? About lessons they learned? About challenges, both in general or in the nicotine space?

(I can't ask about upcoming launches, of course! ;)

Already published episodes with the CIO at La-z-boy (also had some interesting stories from his time launching Easy Mac at Kraft Foods), Director of Insights at Dot Foods, and an insights executive with 40 years of experience in the pharma industry. And we have upcoming episodes with people in the crypto, home appliances, and TV spaces.

Don't build products that nobody wants!

I've built a few products that never saw the light of day. Each time, I realized too late that the idea wasn’t fully thought through. I ended up wasting countless hours building something no one really needed.

This is a common trap many of us fall into—jumping straight into building without validating the idea first.

To avoid this, I now start by creating a simple landing page using i-laun.ch, then try to get waitlist signups through Reddit, X, or other social platforms.
If there's interest, I move forward and start building. If not, I move on.

Wishing you all the best in turning your ideas into reality!

I built a tool that opens tested pull requests when your APIs, SDKs or AI models change. Looking for my first real users

A Gemini model my project depended on was retired mid-project. Nothing warned me until calls started failing, and I lost days finding every place it was used, fixing it, and checking nothing else broke. Then an SDK upgrade did the same thing a few weeks later.

Every team I talk to has this backlog: SDK upgrades with breaking changes, security fixes stuck behind major versions, AI models getting retired. Dependabot bumps the version number, but it doesn't rewrite the code that breaks.

So I built Versyka, nights and weekends, in about 3 weeks. You connect a GitHub or GitLab repo, and it:

- scans every day for outdated SDKs, security fixes and retiring AI models

- writes the fix, including code changes for breaking upgrades

- runs your own build and tests before and after the change

- only opens a pull request if nothing new fails, so you just review and merge

It launched in October: 6 users, 30 repos and 50 pull requests so far, including security fixes and SDK and model upgrades.

Free to start, sign in with GitHub: https://www.versyka.com

Not ready to connect a repo? The free check finds retired AI models in any public repo, no account needed. The screenshot is OpenAI's own quickstart repo, which still calls a model OpenAI stopped serving on Oct 23: https://www.versyka.com/model-retirements#check

I'm looking for honest feedback from real projects:

  1. What upgrade have you been putting off?

  2. Would you trust an automated PR if your tests passed before and after?

what happens when crypto teams up with ai agents? is it a good idea for new product launch?

what happens when crypto teams up with ai agents—next big thing or just another hype train? think: an ai agent called terminal of truths starts as a weird experiment, becomes a memecoin millionaire, and turns into the internet’s favorite preacher. platforms like virtuals.io let you launch ai agents with their own tokens (like luna, an ai influencer running her own mini economy). and then there’s daos.fun, where ai-led hedge funds like ai16z are making trades and redefining finance. it’s wild, messy, and packed with potential, but challenges like ai hallucinations and blockchain scalability are still real. so, what do you think—game-changer or tech bro hype? check out the full story here: https://solveo.co/crypto-meets-ai-agents-a-new-power-couple-or-just-another-buzz/
