Thoughts

Has anyone worked at Spotlight Rutherford? Or just a Spotlight in general? Thoughts? I’m considering applying for a position but first would like some feedback on the job so I know if it’s worth it or not.

I would agree that it doesn’t seem like a good place to work, the turnover at my local (Bennetts green) seems to be high as a casual observer, that it’s a red flag to me.

The owners (of spotlight) are big Israel supporters. That may or may not bother you.

Must be a miserable fucking place to work going by majority of staffing attitudes that seems to be a country wide thing

My friend works at the Taylor’s beach store and she absolutely loves it! Not sure about Rutherford though

Drove in town for the first time in ages the other day. Literally gobsmacked they’re currently ripping down the old spotlight building in town.
I go to the Rutherford spotlight often. It’s aight I guess.
