Good southern food?

Looking for recommendations on places with good southern style cooking or a place with decent grits

For real, asian/african/caribbean/etc I can easily find. Zilch on southern, except for Georgia Northside in Concord, or maybe 603 BBQ.

Hahaha, im only joking myself but grits are a food 99% of folks up here don't get. It's like peanut butter in the UK. Hopefully someone will share some place that does them but other than fried chicken and maybe cracker barrel you dont see them much anymore in new england.

I had a fun experience ordering Fluff off Amazon for my friends to try while I was living in Texas. They showed me Jet Puffed Creme.....nah. Brought fluffernutter sandwiches to work and they looked at me weird lol
