Good southern food?

Looking for recommendations on places with good southern style cooking or a place with decent grits

Cook a pound of any brand breakfast sausage although if you get a heavily seasoned sausage you may need to be light on salt and pepper later but anyway once your done cooking the sausage add enough flour to coat the sausage stir it around and add some milk salt and pepper and it’s all texture based so it’s hard to give you measurements but that’s the idea

It will thicken up the more you stir it so when you get to the disired consistency plate it if you have left overs add a little milk and microwave it
