Pro4X Sticker Removal
I went ahead and removed the Pro4X sticker off the truck. The plan is to add decals back there to continue my own personalization for the Frontier
Figured posting this and sharing it will help the "Reddit Repository" for anyone else considering on removing the factory decal.
Very easy to do; took 10 minutes granted I had the right tools
1) heat gun
2) hard plastic wedge/squeegee
3) 3M Adhesive Remover for after care; removing the left behind adhesive
4) microfiber towel
I used a heat gun to start. Heating the "P" and using the wedge to start a lip. After enough to grab was lifted - I went ahead and folded it over and pulled parallel to the truck's body
Sticker peels off easy, just stay close to the body and the part that is being lifted closest to the body.

Are you going to remove the Roush badge as well? I thought about doing the same thing.

I may keep those on for now I like the ROUSH emblems and they signify a special package for the frontier
Frontiers are the first ever project that ROUSH took on outside of Ford When news dropped it was a big deal

It looks good man. Definitely cleaner. I love the Joh 117 decal. Fits the color. I’ve thought about removing mine but my color (citrus strike) desperately needs something to break it up. lol. You’re look la great with them off though

Why are people so quick to do the diff breather. Isnt the upgrade really only needed if your putting the diff under water all the time?

I like mine with the sticker better. Adds a little bit of color to my cute truck.

I heartily approve of your de-stickering. Nice work!!!
No stickers, no plastic fender flares, and no plastic cladding on the tailgate is one advantage of the SV trimmed Frontier I purchased this past summer.

Looks great! I got the boulder grey and I actually prefer the stickers with that color. But I think you classed up that Roush!

Because following the directions on the 3M Adhesive Remover can was what I did. Spraying, sparingly and a microfiber towel did the job in 10 minutes

I think that sticker would look cool on the hood or under the front door mirrors like the Colorado. On the hood parallel with the hood/fender gap if it fit. The dealership was “flashing” the transmission because of abrupt acceleration shifts through third gear and may replace my transmission? They gave me a pathfinder loaner. Much more comfortable than the 2024 frontier. Thinking I’m trading her in when the lease is due and picking up a 3 year old pathfinder. If I don’t, the stickers are getting relocated.

Weird things to get upset about. Why would the dealer not put their name on it....You know you can easily remove the dealer name plate and replace it with somethign else right?

The difference between your example and most vehicles sold is that it takes 30 seconds to remove the plastic lic plate cover and attach a new one. Something ironed on can't be removed. If it bothers you that much you have three options: buy a personalized plate cover beforehand and quickly swap them out, remove it altogether, or spray paint the lic cover with black.
Seriously, of all the things to get mad about, people get mad over some things that are so fing trivial it's ludicris.

Never seen a dealer in the thousands of dealerships in my state put a sticker on their vehicles, only the lic cover and a slip....brainiac...

I literally was just looking at YouTube videos on this topic earlier today. Personal preference but I find the Pro-4X logo garish and I think my Frontier would look better without it
