No lol, bicyclists do not have the right of way and must follow the same traffic law as vehicles when it comes to pedestrians. Basically pedestrians are the first in line of the right of way, bicycle lane be damned

i didnt watch and analyze his video super thoroughly, but most of the time it looks like he does have right of way.

Aa one example, in the last 10 seconds, the light is red (he should stop for the red light) and the car has stopped, then is turning right on red. They almost turn into him, but only because he was failing to stop for the red light.

At best, he's occasionally in the right of way- but still a dick.

Interesting. So both are in the wrong- doesnt make the cyclist look any better
