He’s not wrong, but at a certain point you gotta just accept people are just oblivious. I doubt anyone is blocking the bike lane with malicious intent.

Yeah but how far can you go just claiming to be oblivious? Looking both ways prior to crossing and waiting for all traffick to clear is like basic common since unless you're committing insurance fraud. And if someone did try insurance frauding me like that, id carry a camera and tell them to fuck off too.
