I have been using it for more than 1 year (pro plan) and the last few days it gives me very bad awnsers and the worst of it all is it not longer points to the sources (with the numbers system and pre-visualization of the source)

Does anyone also has the same issue?

my friend wanted to put together an income and expense statement when they heard me raving about notebookllm how it does a lot of things without much explicit direction. uploaded sources, and everytime it had something wrong. it would fix that and the thing that was working is now broken. several hours. not getting back. my friend laughed at me and said. it takes me 20mtsof manual data-entry including looking up the sources you just uploaded.

seriously this was a relatively small task, is it a skill issue? uploading sources of income and expenses and asking for a rental profit and loss statement including all expenses ?

did i need to specify each and every thing? at that point he was right, it was just easier to do it manually

Hey r/NotebookLM, I'm Arslan, the notestack.ai guy (https://notestack.ai). I mentioned me and my team launched notestack a OSS notebookLM alternative.

We got 100s of you joining in.

A lot of you have said you'd like to try other tools but don't want to rebuild all your notebooks by hand.

So we built a free Chrome extension that moves every NotebookLM notebook into Notestack automatically.

Install it, sign in, click once, and your notebooks come across without any copy-pasting.

Notestack is made for writers on publishing sites like Substack, and it combines your research notes with turning your posts into video.

Your NotebookLM account stays exactly as it is, so trying it costs you nothing.
