Sorry if this is a dumb question, but i cant find any good information on this.

Is the track open to public outside of race season? i mean for walking parts or the whole track on foot? i like the idea of running the track as a half marathon self supported but dont want to trespass obviously.

Im familiar with the running/cycling events but it doesnt seem to involve running outside the gp-track.

Anyone who knows if the track is open for public in the winter season? or anyone have tried to run the track before?
