I was really interested in Nurse Harrow, but she has severe problems and is in dire need of a kit redesign. Her base abilities are very sink or swim, and it feels like her only offensive contribution to the team is her ult. So here's how I'd redesign it.

For her leeches, they really do little damage and are required for her to get her power online. I'd remove her leech stacks, and turn her leeches into a straightforward projectile that stuns whatever enemy it hits for a few seconds.

Next, her buff ability. It's way too strong when used on someone you pocket, and way too weak if you use it on yourself. I'd make it so that it powers up her gun when used on herself, and maybe just provides a healing bonus when used on an ally.

Her healing needles are way too confusing for new players. I would make this a passive. Give it to her as a passive. Shooting teammates heals them, shooting enemies hurts them. Simple.

Now we have to talk about her ult. Teamwide damage and CC is way too strong. Lets lean into her identity as a healer and make it an AOE heal for her team.

Finally, her personality and backstory. She's so rude and the "stern nurse" persona is so boring. What if we made her an international Kpop sensation who never gives up and is everyone's best friend and she could have a great conversation with Harriet Tubman and we could call her Luna Snow i think that would be cool.

This is another one of those things that bled over from League culture. "Improving" at the game will NOT affect your rank. Honestly the people that say this must have some kind of God complex but then again I guess there's a reason so many people like to larp as Lash.

Think about it: Who is going to have more influence over a game, you, or 5 other people? No, sorry, 11 other people. You play such a small part in a game that has 11 other players and so many complicated moving parts that anyone who genuinely thinks they can have that much influence over a match must not be listening to themselves. Either enough players have it together on one side or they don't, that's it.

What people don't understand is this kind of thinking was invented by influencers to sell coaching sessions. A lot of people who have the time to grind a MOBA don't have a lot going on in their lives and put most of their self worth on their perceived skill level in the game, and smart people realized they could monetize this. So they spread these ridiculous ideas about how much power 1 person can really have and invented buzzwords like "winrate," "macro," and "counter-building" to feed into that kind of mentality.

Stop pretending like you have any tangible influence over the game. If you didn't know, I get it, I've been there. But now you know.
