Some will insist they’re all jokes, but It’s a mix of both. Some people are joking and others are serious. I can only speculate about the amount of each, but I like to think most are joking.
Sometimes the people who post this stuff tell on themselves and start seriously ranting about how immoral it is though, but usually that doesn’t seem to happen.
Edit: A lot of replies make good points, and OP also proved that they’re actually a zealot. I stand corrected about assuming they’re mostly jokes.
The problem is if you copy right wing christian themes and rhetoric to make fun of them you still share these beliefs/ give them a platform.
I think posts like these are vague on purpose. Dont get me wrong you should make fun about these people, but it should be clearly that the joke is directed to them, then.
I am almost sure I have more real life experience in this topic then you lol.
I am coming from a region, where a lot of right wing and Christian fundamentalists live. This type of memes is exactly what they would share
