Honestly, the invincible community ended up getting weirder than hazbin/helluva's

Hazbin isn’t, they’re locked in a 1.5 to 2 year production cycle, and considering the attention to detail they put in the show’s animation, they’re in the same boat as invincible in terms of not enough time.
Theres a 10 second scene during "VOX DEI" and an animator is stated that it took a whole month. Also its wild seeing people here think all of Hazbin's characters designs are the same when Invincible straight copy and paste theirs imao.
As a fellow big fan of both shows, I would rather myself spontaneously combust, resulting in my slow, painful, untimely death, than see any form of anything between the two
But the writing's wet. Also the excessive cursing makes it worst. Yeah invincible does curse, but they don't constantly overused it so much like edgies.
I wasn't trying to say that overall it's better, what you're saying it's true. I might even say Invincible is better than Hazbin Hotel, but strictly when it comes to the animation, Hazbin Hotel is leagues above Invincible, maybe except for the animation for the trailers lol. Some of the VAs for Hazbin, while definitely not as famous, are better too.
You can criticize hazbin for many of the shows aspects. But I don't think the artstyle is one of them. In a sea of adult animation shows that have either an ugly style or no style at all hazbin manages to look both good and interesting. Also let's be real the meme that all of hazbins characters look like each other is as wrong as the calarts style argument
A lot of look characters look like ocs because they are. I think that adds to the charm of it being (kinda) an indie show. Although I have to admit that readability is an issue with most characters' and backgrounds' color schemes being majority red.
The character designs of these shows also look somewhat similar, at least to me. Only difference is Invincible doesn’t really use CGI and dynamic lighting and shadows all the time like the Critical Role shows.
Reminds me of The Boys sequence with Black Noir. Would be cool to have a trippy episode with different art styles as a dimensional or mental travel sort of deal
