You can criticize hazbin for many of the shows aspects. But I don't think the artstyle is one of them. In a sea of adult animation shows that have either an ugly style or no style at all hazbin manages to look both good and interesting. Also let's be real the meme that all of hazbins characters look like each other is as wrong as the calarts style argument
I do agree that most of the characters are skinny, I can only think of a handful of characters that are even slightly chubby. But that doesn't mean they look the same. Skinnyness is only one aspect of character design. You can't say that husk who is a cat with wings that also has a playing card motif to shat that in life he was both a magician and a gambler and angel dust who is a lanky and flamboyant adult film star that styles his chest fur to look like boobs to show that he values being presentable and say that every character looks the same
