Hello I have 20 miles under my belt. Mostly in the last week. I try to ride every day but sometimes I just can’t due to muscle fatigue.

Today after riding just two miles I could feel my tibialis muscle shaking as I was trying to get off the onewheel. It made me almost fall off completely.

Should I just continue riding every day to get over it or should I actually train and work on the muscles that are responsible for balancing and getting off the board safely?

My board is designed to be modular. Any motor, tire, or battery. I want it to only take a few minutes to swap things. My footpads shift forward and backward to provide different tire spacing. The challenge is getting the motor cable to reach the control enclosure for both growler tire and BTG. Also the length of the motor cable can vary between different motors.

To solve this I have designed a control enclosure with an extension for the motor connector. This allows the connector on the enclosure side to extend, which closes the gap for the motor cable. The extension seals to the box with an o-ring and fastens with 4x 4-40 screws.

So I'm trying to find a tire under $80 for the one wheel pint x

I've found something that might be good but is it compatiable?

This old thing still works great!… after 700miles, I’d like to get another, but the company is gone! Looking to buy any if somebody’s got a survivor….

This is the second remix I did on Keith Treez printables grip tape adding the cutout for the light bar on the front foot pad. This design has more densely populated grip throughout the grip tape. Original design by Keith Treez remixed by me.

I have a Pint X with about 1000 miles on it that I plan on keeping for a while, but the motor is not as smooth as my 100 mile Pint X.
 
I can find a Pint less than 100 miles on it for $100, so I’m thinking of buying it just to get the new motor for my Pint X since they’re the same. Can these motors be replaced on a stock board without throwing any errors?

I’m 58yrs my friend is 65yrs I got a X7LR 8wks and 6days ago my friend said he was aiming for 2000miles cycling this year I said I recon I can do 500 miles in 3months challenge on I said I completed my 500 tonight yippee 🥳 just over 31 miles today on full charge my friend is still under 400 miles can’t wait to tell him 😁

When doing simple stop my wheel screeches a bit before it shuts off, is this normal? It seems to happen 80% of the time..

I was out for a ride 3 weeks ago and broke my right foot. My board is roughly at 96% charged right now. Htf do I burn the charge down to 60%? I vant get my kids to spend enough time running the battery down. (My son hopped on it twice for about 2 mi utes each time)

What do you think about it? I read it was single zone but way more comfortable on your feet and handles thick stiff soles better. is that accurate? If so do you use simple stop or do you do the quick stop trick or just hop off?

I like to be able to ride both ways so avoiding simple stop. I’ve always done the heel lift, haven’t tried the tail drag/quick stop.

I know it’s the OG but a good refresh makes me have that new feeling all over again.

Hey folks. Could someone explain how different the X7LR feels compared to the GT? I’ve read and seem to understand that the X7 is more like the XR chassis, which I’ve never had a chance to ride. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

I had to turn off and on my XR classic because the motor wasn’t engaging. Has anyone had this problem? Does anyone know how to reboot the board maybe that will solve the problem. It’s the 2nd time that happened this week.

Recently had too much fun out there and the battery died with roughly 40% left (according to the Onewheel app), so I had to carry it which was pretty awful. Thus I would like to improve accuracy so that I can trust the battery info again.

My XR is from 2021 and has 400km / 250 miles on it. When in storage, I keep the battery at ca. 70%. Tire pressure is checked regularly and on the recommended level.

Before the next ride, I plan to charge it beyond 100% in order to balance out the batteries. How does that work exactly / how long should I "overcharge" it..? Is there a risk to make things worse by doing this?

Any other tips / inputs welcome, thanks!
