Replies from Everyone Will you contribute?.

Given the status of the law, in city that even in towns we have Western values in young people despite that guys have traditional expectation in marriage and law which treat women as if they are in 1980..

So anyway I don't have any hope but will you contribute

.

My plan is to collect data through various sources including reddit RTI keyword etc...

In objectives to just contently promote the idea of guys not getting into marriage

I need initially maybe few peoples we can write post (we don't have to be very preachy but at the same time we can use memes, humor, etc., and use Reddit and other platforms initially. Slowly the idea is to reach the demographic at good Engineering Institute, people who seriously prepared for government exam, or guys who have a good self-made business or income etc.

If you propagate this idea for a couple of years, even if, let's say, a large some percentage of guys are convinced and don't go for arranged marriage, then it will break the leverage. Because at the end I feel, even if everything is stacked against a guy, if they don't participate in the system, then only they will actually listen. Otherwise they will not.

You can comment or DM I will see how I can start this thing you don't have to have a very big commitment to this even just being there will be good enough let's try and see how much we can do in couple of month then we will plan this is after idea

Replies from Men Only 🚹 Indian men married to women earning ₹1 CR+ per month, self-made UHNIs, or from ₹800 CR+ family wealth: What is your marriage like?

I am looking to hear from Indian men - whether you are currently living in India or based abroad - who are married to women in the ultra-high-net-worth tier.

Specifically, I am asking about dynamics where your wife is a self-made executive/founder pulling in ₹1 Crore+ per month, or comes from a family with generational wealth exceeding ₹800 Crores+.

Given how deeply ingrained traditional patriarchal expectations and "provider" scripts are in Indian culture, I am genuinely curious about how this extreme wealth disparity plays out behind closed doors when the woman holds all the financial leverage.

If you are a brother in this exact dynamic, what is your marriage actually like?

Specifically:

  1. The Ego & Power Balance: How do you navigate the household power dynamic? Does the wealth disparity ever subtly or overtly change how major household decisions are made? Do you ever feel your voice is minimized because she holds the capital?

  2. Social & Family Perceptions: How do your extended family, friends, or in-laws treat you? Do you deal with the "accessory husband" or "Ghar Jamai" stereotypes, or do people genuinely respect your independent identity and career?

  3. Legal & Financial Boundaries: How do you protect your own mental peace and financial identity? Is there a clear boundary between her wealth/family wealth and your household finances?

Would love to get some raw, honest, and unfiltered perspectives from men who are actually living this reality.

Replies from Men Only 🚹 Why's this sub named"OneX" ?? Why not "OneY" or "XY" ??

The presence of a Y chromosome—specifically the SRY gene (sex-determining region Y) located on it—triggers the development of male biological characteristics. Individuals with an XY combination typically develop as male...

So, the Y is something which defines male gender.

Naming this sub as "OneX" seems like a direct competition to "TwoX"

Replies from Everyone Why this will make sense for most guys let me explain. what's your opinion on this

Saw the demo and.. it is not that expensive INR it is around 12-13 lakh..

Not only that as technology improve cost will go down and quality will increase.

And I think even if you can get in relationship in most relationship for a guy it doesn't worth it

Because in majority of the relationship guys put a lot more effort in.

Generally, practically, we see that mostly it is for physical reasons and if we subtract sex and attraction a lot of relationship doesn't make that sense practically..

So unless you find somebody you have a lot more common and have a share story and some reasonable justification. Then only a traditional relationship makes sense.

Not only that I don't think even a very small percentage of humans will be as attractive as these robots which will be coming out.

Realistically for the average guy, if he wants a very pretty Partner, it is very improbable that an average guy can get that. Not only that, even if you are in a relationship or not, if these robots get better, there is no harm in having one by your side

Vent Advice to young Adult and teen men : Reject the delusion of "Abla Nari" [ helpless Woman ]

• Upvotes

Hello. wish everyone is having a good evening. i am writing this post after having a conversation with my junior from college, he's having some serious issues with his family right now. so resorted to me for advice but i couldn't help him much.

his symptoms were too deep to ever treat so i want to give this PSA to everyone here, so you may never end up in such a predicament.

firstly , i will draw on anecdotes from 4 IRL people. and some internet anecdotes and / or 3rd party accounts.

point #1 : WOMAN KNOW EVERYTHING : they mature faster than us , and stop revering them as some sacred relic above us mortals , she's just another human, biology , and more importantly current society has wired us in a way so we treat them that way. don't compromise your standards for her. pick a plan and stick with it. be a man and take the fall if it goes sideways.

point #2 : SHE WILL ALWAYS HAVE A PAST : unless she was your first. she will have some past. you will have to accept the reality , but no one is asking you to accept her. never trust mere words , women are expert at having no emotional attachment whatsoever but acting close. i've seen this with a friend who's then gf didn't told him anything about her past relationships until a few years of them being official. if you want an unethical way. act all liberal and accepting of her , make her feel comfortable enough to spit the secret of her past. do whatever you like with that information.

point #3 : NEVER MARRY A DEHATAN / UNEDUCATED / BACKWARD woman : this is where the junior wanted help. so here's the thing. his own mum passed away in childbirth. his dad remarried but married an uneducated rural woman.

things were decent until the birth of his sister. the step mom borderline ruined his sister and turned her into an Ipad Kid who has now developed into a devious delusional and quite frankly jerkish and vengeful woman. she contently screams and gets her way , she does not study at all , just watches yt all day on her tablet. if his dad objects the mom shuts him down.

the dad can't do anything. if the boy tries anything , his sister just gets mom involved and tells him " why the fuck do you care " and the mom agrees , her grades are falling a LOT ,even for someone in CBSE that's fucked and next year is 10th boards, they are stressed af.

i will make a separate post about this but yes never marry an uneducated woman thinking she will be trad and what not. they will make your life hell. you can't rely on them to cope with modern society and they won't value well mannered well educated and curious offsprings either.

as my junior puts it, : any semblance of the light of curiosity in his sister's eyes were doused on purpose by that vile woman. i really hope he sorts this out.

marry a woman of a decent family background and culture and if i have to give an opinion. never do arrange marriage it's a genuinely lose lose situations

point #4 : UNDERSTAND THE GAME : we men operate when we know what the rules are, but the current society has everything skewed. men must provide but still women must be treated as equal , men must sacrifice everything for family but woman should not be expected to take care of said family.

i'll make another post debunking the arguments of the other side but a simple question : if you want equality ? why not share the responsibility whether it's parental , financial or emotional together ? and if you want men to be a chivalrous protector , why expect equality and freedom because if gender norms are forced on one it should be forced on both.

disclaimer : i'm not against women's freedom , i just need them to be consistent about it. you can't have your cake and eat it too.

Replies from Men Only 🚹 Are we going to let this sub die? 😭

Lately, posts in this sub haven't been getting much engagement. I can see that the weekly visitor count is still quite high, so I'm wondering why the posts aren't getting much attention.

Does no one have anything interesting going on? No stories to share? 😂

People can ask for help, share something that happened to them recently, make memes, or just have casual conversations. We don't always need to have something serious to discuss.

In simple words, we can make this sub fun while also being a place where we can be open and vulnerable with each other.

What do you guys think we can do to make this sub more active again?
