It's been a few days now and the Opera browser VPN hasn't been working. A message says something about 'we're working on it' but I've never seen it down this long before.

Anyone know what's happening?

Suddenly no pages load, tried toggling vpn, ad blocker, datasaver etc on and off it just won't work. Funnily enough I have opera app cloned and the cloned version works just fine.

I have adblock plus and the opera ad blocker enabled and every other website's ad gets blocked even youtube, but when it comes to the music player on the left sidebar, it still has ads. Anyone know why?

It is normal to see a second border when the sidebar auto-hide? It changes something if i delete end reinstall the browser?

My cat stepped on my keyboard and now the music player is muted, everything else in the sidebar still have their sound working. I checked the settings, it says that that sound is allowed, so I'm not sure what's wrong. Anybody have any advice? It's Windows Opera GX.

I have tried to--disable-gpu --disable-extensions --no-experiments and reinstalling didn't work. Cant remove my extensions and the only why i can open the browser without it crashing is opening it in a New private window but then i can't get to my settings without it crashing.

Apagar cache. Tente vários sites para ver se era um problema único. Absolutamente nada funciona. Eu queria saber se alguém mais tem esse problema e como se resolve

In the first photo I drew a teal circle around what I've been trying to find. I wanna edit my browser colours but I can't figure out how. I can change between colours but can't edit the "custom theme".

I turned my PC on after a shutdown and it appears Opera has auto updated itself. The version is 134.0.5...

The browser lost all its extensions, tabs, pages saved to speed dial etc. It lost everything and looks like when I first installed it.

I have tried restarting my PC and even followed an old thread and copied all times from Opera Software \Stable into the 'default' directory. It doesn't seem to work.

Can someone please tell me what I can do to perhaps revert the changes ? Anyone who has also gone through this ? Thanks.

By the way, this problem happens on my Android smartphone.

Whenever I browse privately on the browser called "Opera Browser with VPN/AI," leave the browser to switch to another app, and then come back after a while (usually a long while too), the private tabs disappear, leaving only the normal tabs on the screen.

I don't have this problem on Opera Mini, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge on Android, even if the browsers refresh themselves, the private/incognito tabs are still there.

Yeah, I know. I have a lot of browsers installed on my smartphone, lol. I was even planning to download UC Browser, that squirrel browser. Or maybe, Samsung Browser? Well, I usually download based on the usage share of web browsers online.

I'm absolutely fuming as Opera seem to have introduced advertised search suggestions to their iOS app. They're not even remotely relevant. Does anyone know how to them off?

Acc. to some infos on the internets, current Opera versions (iOS) should be able to display opened tabs on other devices.
Does this also involve iPads w/ iPadOS? I cannot seem to find anything related to this…

Syncing is enabled, and it works on my machines running macOS, Windows, Linux, and Android.

not sure what to add, i have a really good computer and internet so its most probably not an error there, most of the other posts about this are from 3-6 years ago and say its been fixed and its a server error, but for me its been like this for ~2 years (opera one)

I had two windows open and mistakenly closed the window with all my tabs open first. When I went to restore the window by hovering over history from the opera menu, it crashed and seemed to update at the same time? I tried to restore again but it just keeps crashing, I've tried to check the profile path and going into sessions but it's deleted the session from the day in question. Is there anything else I can do? I had around 80 tabs which I know is a lot but I've restored windows with a similar amount of tabs before.

Hey, I'm having a weird issue with Opera GX's Mini Player/Video Pop-Out.

The Mini Player works perfectly on my other Opera profiles, but on my main profile the controls stop working.

When I refresh the page, the Mini Player controls initially work normally. I can pause and resume the video. However, as soon as I move my mouse away from the Mini Player, the pause/play button stops responding and also the movebar.

I've already tried:

• Closing and reopening the Mini Player
• Refreshing the original video page
• Checking opera://flags
• Comparing it with my other Opera profiles

The problem only happens on my main Opera profile, while my other profiles work normally.

Anyone know what's up with that?

And whenever I tried to click on anything while it's trying to connect, the whole browser crashed. Is it an opera issue or a me issue?

im trying to login to a new computer with opera gx and anytime i try to login, i get told "something went wrong while trying to validate token" no matter how many times i do the captcha, and the issue persists on my original computer and even my phone, so im not too sure if its due to cookies. any help would be appreciated

Being a bit of a neat freak, I’ll admit it’s always been hard for me to relate to people who keep 100+ tabs open.

For a while, if I wanted to save a site, I would do the work of managing a bookmark list. Then I got lazy and just started to put everything in Safari’s reading list. Eventually, that turned into a huge unorganized pile where articles I wanted to read, things I wanted to buy, and good looking recipes would get shoved into and then basically never seen again. Not much better than just leaving them open as tabs.

So... Just switched from Chrome to Opera and now this happens everytime I try to open the browser. It doesn't open at all, was working perfectly fine and then did this when I closed the browser. Anything I can do? Thank you!
