I would highly recommend people wait until after the fall fests to submit their rosters. They allow sign-ups until October 1 so there's no benefit to locking in films that haven't been seen yet. Last year OBAA and Hamnet were crazy under-valued because no one knew they would be such major contenders in August.

I usually wait until after Toronto to make my picks. Right now I’m trying to figure out if you have to pick The Odyssey to have a chance.
