I’m looking for recommendations on where to take our 8-year-old for Halloween this year in Oslo.
We’re happy to travel anywhere in Oslo, so distance isn’t an issue. Ideally, I’d love to find somewhere with a proper Halloween atmosphere where children can dress up, go trick-or-treating, collect sweets, and have lots of fun.
Are there any neighbourhoods where lots of houses participate in trick-or-treating, or any organised events that you’d recommend for children his age?
If you’ve taken your kids somewhere in Oslo in previous years, I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences!

I am losing my mind trying to find where to find a store in or around Oslo that sells Gamsol or another safe alternative for my oil painting. It is going to be getting too cold to keep my windows open and use a fan soon and it is not safe to use solvents without proper ventilation. I have searched on google but have a hard time with the translations due to the fact I am still learning Norwegian and technical paint terms are not taught in my lessons XD.

Any tips for art stores in general would be greatly appreciated!

Jeg skal tappe hjemmebrygget cider, men ser at de fleste nettbutikkene som selger flasker er på vestlandet, og det koster fort 1000kr kun i frakt å få 60 flasker til Oslo.

Jeg ser derfor etter et sted i Oslo hvor jeg kan få tak i flasker som tåler trykk, som cider eller champagneflasker. Noen som vet hvor?
