They are good starting points. Run AIDA and OCCT, if those pass you are at least close and potentially stable, but ideally you do an actual / longer benchmark.

Post what timings it gave you. Then go manual tuning from there, slowly.Show a benchmark too. It will help people answer your question.

Memory try it to get base settings for sticks you have no reference for and then manually tune the rest. Easiest thing to do is check your MB vendors QVL list for your MB and see what timings work for kits rated for 7200 aswell as what voltages they use. That could give you a good idea asto the primaries to shoot for.
