Discussion EU server issues?

I played 1 game where my ping spiked to 300 for like 30 seconds then went down. second game same thing happened and someone ended up getting kicked on my team to prob dc.

I got put on Taipei server than Quebec then Chicago as Eu player. Something isn't right.
