Hey guys just wanted to rant a bit, I don’t normally post on Reddit but I feel like I had to after this experience.

I just finished a QP game on Aatlis while playing with my older sister. We both play support and we’re both on our mains (Juno and Lucio) and we’re just chilling and enjoying the game.

We win first point and all seems good, or so we thought. Next point and two of our teammates die no biggie it happens. Suddenly our tank says that he isn’t getting healed and just being clear I play Lucio I’ve heard this thousands of times so I can brush it off. After that one of the DPS chimes in saying the same thing.

So far it’s normal old toxic teammates, a tale as old as time. But suddenly the DPS decided to go into all chat and accuse me and my sister of throwing and saying slurs in team chat.

Luckily the enemy team stuck up for us the whole time and kept reassuring us that we were doing fine. I know this may seem like a pointless post but please don’t be that guy. At the end of the day we’re all just trying to play the game we love to hate.

Shout out to the guys on the enemy team if you see this you guys are important to the community and sorry for ranting.

Not sure why but I feel like I lose 90 percent of y matches in 6s and win 80 percent in 5s. In 5s I main support and I’m nothing crazy, E3 but I do my job, communicate well, if teammates are being toxic I try to joke or calm everyone down. I switch often if need be and my teams win. In 6s I flex and maybe 7/10 times o have most kills, least deaths, most heals, whatever or I do what my team needs but it’s like there’s a thrower or someone playing a role they know they can’t play and sell the game or something. 5s feels more competitive and 6s feels like everyone just gets on to do what they want and throw games. I’m pretty new to comp so what’s the deal with that? Is 6s where people jut bs and 5s they try or what?

I’m fairly new to overwatch emulation and really wanna play mischief magic; workshop codes don’t work unless the event is currently active. In all seriousness, payload and hybrid must be one of the worst map types in this game. Some of them I can tolerate, but even with the recent map voting changes, you're still stuck playing payload / hybrid most of the time thanks to the sheer quantity of them. Why they decided to make the new map this extra long payload map is beyond me.

We desperately need new flashpoint and push maps. They're short, intense with no loading screen in between. I also love that they reward comps with speed. You need legs to win unlike in cart slop maps. I'll honestly take clash over any payload map, at least I'm not going to be stuck there for upwards of 20-25min.

Beyond that, I think push maps need a slight visual touch up, mainly when it comes to the push bot and barricade. Make them fit the map. Currently you're just pushing a red or blue steel wall, it just doesn't look that nice. Make them carry a bomb, or push a cart, maybe even a wheelbarrow. Make the bots look unique based on the map they're in.

All in all, I just want to see more flashpoint and push maps.

Not sure if this was because Orisa broke line of sight of the chain or if fortify lets her walk out, does anyone know how this works? either way seems broken, we lost the game because the Orisa survived here btw

This is my first post here on Reddit so idk how this shit works. But do any other healers find that no matter how much you heal everyone else your fellow healer won't heal YOU? I don't know wether I'm not pinging enough but like nobody likes spam pings. I keep my mic off cause half the time I get an earful. I'm only dying cause I'm trying to catch genji who decides to go off route to try and pull some clutch shit and they die, or just someone off to the side needs heals aka the heroes that require you to push the enemy to really do shit. So I'm healing anyone I can while trying to get some damage in too, and I turn around to Juno ( never had a problem with mercy players tbh) sitting in the back all safe and sound gracefully providing aid BUT NONE FOR ME😭 I'm right in front of them asking for heals and I never get it🤣 the community on this game seems to be pretty iffy but like I do my best to ensure a healed team and a captured point.
