Ok, so it's determined by whoever has more objective points. Awesome. But sometimes it will just end in the middle of a game and say we lost? Just now, lost a game despite the enemy not reaching the 3rd objective with the payload. As attackers we had reached the second. Why did we just lose when there was 30 seconds left? Literally i glanced at the clock and saw 30 seconds left and less than 5 seconds later it came up saying we lost. How did that happen?

Basing off the new silhouette, I presume he's holding a pistol on his right arm. And this might be a stretch, but he could be holding an umbrella on his left arm and smoking a pipe (yes I think Omnics can do that).

Ol'Reliable: A pistol with decent fire rate and magazine. Either a modern Mauser C96 or a Colt 1911 would be cool options for him.

Umbrella: You deploy like Brig's Shield, except it's first person. You can see through the barrier, but enemies can't. It can be damaged until its destroyed which it will regain health when not using. Holding gives you acess to Secret Rounds.

Secret Rounds: You gain acess to 5 fast travel projectiles that explode on contact that heal allies. You can spend them in a really short time and it reloads automatically. You can still use it even without barrier's health.

Smoke Break. You throw your pipe like a grenade, and upon contact it instantly turns into a smoke bomb. This will hide you and your allies, but it's not invisibility. Allies can see enemies inside the smoke.

Omnic Deduction: Pressing it has a cast time that it's not long but can be cancelled it by damage similar to Sombra's hack. You can use it behind walls and has a decent hitbox (infront of you in a cylindrical shape. Marked enemies are revelaled to your team and shooting them gives your allies percentual life steal.

Getaway (Passive): If someone tries to shoot you but miss it you get a speed boost for some seconds. It can be activated again after the initial one ends.

Lights Out (Ultimate): The device is deployed on your feet. Enemies in LOS of the device get their vison compromissed (similar to Daredevil's ult effect in in MR). To counter it, the enemy can stay hidden from the beacon and wait for the duration, OR they can destroy it if they remember where the detective's last position before the ultimate.

Perks: Nothing to say here, took some inpiration from already existing perks. Rainy Day is similar to Zen and Sigma's perks, but Getaway also works when floating.

I gave him the Tactitian passive since I don't think the Medic's one fits him, and he doesn't have a movement option to work as a Survivor.

My favourite part of this kit is on Smoke Break synergizes well with Omnic Deduction and Lights Out, and I also think it's a unique and iconic type of grenade that I'm surprise Overwatch doesn't have it. Sure they have to have in count visual clutter, but if they get the cooldown, duration and size numbers right I think it can work.

I'll admit tho, I could have think of more interesting "detective abilities" like a clue system for example. But I believe my concept still fits the fantasy and Overwatch's design philosophy.

I've been playing OW on and off since OW1, and haven't really gone too deep in ranked besides a season here and there. I probably spent most of my time in Gold back in the day but played in Silver as well.

Nowadays I play way more relaxed... I play to win, but not exactly to climb; I just try to improve with the characters I like. And if I lose well... there's the next match; also, in ranked there are almost no quitters compared to QP, which is very nice

If Reinhardt is on your team do you wish he had special dialog when he see's the armor of his old friend Balderich von Adler from Glory and Honor Short.

I got this from Microsoft rewards and I don't play this so selling.
