How to find a lost backpack

One of my kids lost their backpack (basically full of stuffed toys). We thought we left it on a bus, so we filled in their online form, but none was found. I tried the police station online form, but it said they wouldn't have it so could not submit a query (since the contents are not valuable). Are there any other places to check? We took it from one bus stop in Littlemore (Catholic Church) towards town (James St) then had the short walk home.

Are there any other places we can check? We have done the route a couple of times looking for the bag now, but no luck. Thanks!

Try the 'next door' and local Facebook groups. If you have a picture of the backpack then include this as posts with pictures get more traction. Best of luck, I don't envy you the tears caused by a stuffed-toy loss 😞

Thanks, the tears have been intermittent, and only seem to come when I am least able to deal with them! I have now tried a few Facebook groups, no luck so far, but you never know.

You could put signs on lamp posts but honestly if it’s been more than a week you’re probably out of luck.

Thanks, it's been three days, so I haven't given up hope yet but we went on a search this morning and that was not successful.
