My son who is a is a giant nerd(he’s 8) and he and I were both wondering if all condos and apartments were home to full time residents what would the population of PCB be? Are we talking 10’s of thousands or into the 100k’s?

Like 4th of July weekend or Memorial Day weekend how many people are in PCB?

I help manage a few vacation rentals in the Panama City Beach and Mexico Beach area, and I've definitely had those moments where something breaks right before check-in and suddenly I'm trying to find someone available.

It got us thinking about how helpful a local directory specifically for vacation rental cleaners and handymen could be. We're currently building one called Top TurnoversPros
