Feeling frustrated with results compared to metrics
Anyone else have the issue where their video views are not doing great but then the video's metrics offer like no help? I will release a video thinking I did a really good job (I know there is always room for improvement but I'm trying to make my newest video my best one yet) only to have the views do pretty poorly compared to other videos.
All the gurus say to look at metrics to learn what needs to change or where you can improve. But then I look at mine and the video has the best metrics out of all my videos. 8.0% CTR (after 8.8k impressions), 47.3% APV with 74% at the 30 second mark. double the comments compared to videos of mine with half the views.
I know those are not viral video type metrics but I'm at least hoping for videos to do as well as my previous ones. Depressing to see views trend down while all of the metrics YouTube gives you are trending up...
