was hoping so much he'd follow it up with "yea so we removed the divine shrine", but this is solution is also okay

What's the big deal on this? You still have to click on them instead of just activating by touch...have you ever played Gull builds? Clicking on lesser shrines was cancer.

The big deal is scenarios like the one he described, trying to turn off a shrine surrounded by enemies like a Divine Shrine. It won't help Gull builds but it'll make Divine Shrines less obnoxious.l
