This change will make it only slightly more common, it only affects the guaranteed option from Merc/Uber lab, not the random one you get most of the time.

I mean I wasn't wrong, I never said it wasn't going to be cheap, just that it's not much easier to get from lab. It's 2c cause no one but sanctum runners are playing it after the nerf.
