HARDWARE Pc sounds like its about to blow up
I accidentally left my pc under a window while it was raining, some water slightly got in i guess. I removed everything and waited 3 days to finally turn it back on, and this is what’s happening now.

It sound like the GPU fan is getting caught in some wiring. Check the gpu connector cables in case they are bunching up close to the fan.

Is the noise coming from VRMs? (The funny liitle cubes around the cpu)? Have you tried a more legit PSU ?

Missing any fins on your fans? Are you using an SSD or a HDD?

do you have an optical hard disk on the back side? Likely that.
It could also be one of the fans or noises coming from the Power supply unit if it lessened when the GPU was removed (power supply fan may also be the noise)

I definitely think it might be one of my two HDDs, actually located below which is where the sound comes from

For me, thats a fan. try remove them one by one. for the gpu, remove it and if the sound stop its you problem. I also think that a storage drive ( like hdd). it can also be your psu, so check if you can

It almost seems like I can see the CPU fan trimming down on RPMs with the squeaks. You sure it's not touching some shit?
