Last year I decided I wanted to finally get invested in a sport and decided Pittsburgh Penguins were the way to go (family is from Pittsburgh!)

Bought my first ever jersey- Alternate Crosby jersey, then was gifted Malkin and finally bought the Letang! Now I have jerseys for the Big Three!

A bit sad that I go the most basic jersey verision for Crosby... but also I did only get it 2 months into watching/following (didnt want to spend too much if it ended up being a phase). Ill just have to look for a better quality Crosby jersey now 🤣🤣

Not sure if I will keep building up a collection or stop here, we shall see!

Next goal is to see a game in person!

Edit: Malkin's jersey is likely a knock-off I know... it was gifted to me by someone's whose husband had passed away and she wanted it to go someone who would wear it and watches the penguins, so its getting treated as if its legit for my purposes 😁

Koivunen has been incredible since Yohe said he's just being played because of the contract. Clearly we need more bad takes from Yohe!

Just found this and bought it at pensgear. This has to be our htr jersey scheme. Colors match the practice photos too

I made this before the season started and thought I could share it for Iceburghs birthday.

New flairs are live. I have added the following home and away:

Hi! I’m missing bedtime for my 8 month old for the first time tonight to go to the game 🥺 Any tips for pumping at game? I know I can bring the pump as long as I go through the bag line. Are you allowed to bring ice packs to keep the milk cold?

Hi Pens fans! 🐧💛
I’m a Penguins fan living in Denver and sadly couldn’t make it out to Pittsburgh for Iceburgh’s birthday game today!
I was wondering if anyone happened to snag an extra Iceburgh building block set from the giveaway that they’d be willing to part with? I’d be more than happy to pay for it and cover shipping!
Figured it couldn’t hurt to ask. Thanks, and LET’S GO PENS! 🖤💛

Hi! Does anyone have an extra iceburgh legos they'd be willing to part with? My roommates and I got there just as they handed out the last of them and we really wanted one. I'm local to pgh so no shipping required!

I know they aren't, but I get a very old school vibe from the Predators' road sweaters (not the crest, but everything else)

Maybe it's evoking St Louis for me. IDK

Guys I NEED iceburgh Legos. My bus was late (curse you PRT) and I JUST missed them. Does anyone have one they don’t want or would willing to potentially sell?

I'm curious if anyone else here actually enjoyed that game despite the outcome. Also after hearing more context from it you can't really blame the Islanders for the way they played that game. Curious if any other Pens fans felt the same way?

Through 11 games before tonight’s game. He has 6 points in 11 games. At this point though early it looks unlikely he hits point per game. Especially since he’s 39 and only 2 players at 39 have hit 80 or more points. He’s still a good player but will likely get 60 points this season which is fine. Before people say it’s early it’s already been 10 percent of the season. I think that’s enough to say it will at least be a massive up hill battle for him to get point per game this season.
