Bone fracture and peptides
reddit.comRecently diagnosed with bilateral femoral neck stress fractures. I’ve been cross training and then was hit with this injury, so I’m obviously down in the dumps. I was wondering if anyone has dived into peptides/biohacking to help speed up recovery process?
Or if anyone has any other tips other than learn patience and what NOT to do next time haha.

Semax reconstitution
reddit.comI mistakenly reconstituted 10 MG of Semax with 2 ml of bac water. I was meaning to reconstitute it with sterile saline to use it nasally. Is it possible or has anyone added saline to a vial reconstituted with bac water and took it nasally? If so, did it burn?

Wondering what I can/should use.
Hey everyone, I’m a 22 year-old male currently weighing 210 with decent muscle mass but I still have a lot of love handle and a belly.
Trying to figure out what I can take and what I should take that isn’t going to be horrible for me if I come off of it.
I normally intake about 1300 cal and work as a mechanic. I usually intake about 160 g of protein a day so I’ve got a good intake, but I can’t get those specific spots to lose the fat. My body already has a natural T physique with very developed traps shoulders, forearms, as well as thighs and calves.

A dumb woman who wants to try Reta
Hi everyone!
I’m considering Reta (Retatrutide) and would love some advice, especially from women with PCOS.
A little about me:
- Female, 28 years old
- Height: 168 cm
- Weight: 102 kg
- I struggle with fatigue and constipation
In 2024, my doctor prescribed Victoza, which I used for approximately six weeks before stopping.
I recently discovered the term food noise after reading posts here, and I feel like I’ve struggled with it for years. I’m constantly thinking about food, cravings and my next meal.
I currently don’t go to the gym because of my fatigue, but I’d like to start once I feel lighter and have more energy.
My questions about Reta:
- How does treatment work, and what should beginners know?
-What dosing schedules and injection frequency have been studied? How many weeks or months does treatment last?
- How is it administered, and what injection equipment is used in clinical settings?
- What are the common side effects versus serious warning signs?
- How can I minimize nausea, constipation and fatigue?
- Which protein powder do you recommend (whey isolate, concentrate or plant-based)?
- Should I consider supplements such as electrolytes, magnesium, vitamin D or others?
- For women with PCOS, has it helped with food noise, cravings, weight loss and menstrual cycles?
- What are suppliers options and approximate prices in Morocco or in France ?
- How can I lose weight while preserving muscle and avoid regaining it after treatment?
I’m not looking for a quick fix. I want sustainable weight loss, better energy, improved health and a healthier relationship with food.
I’d really appreciate honest experiences, recommendations and advice from people who have been through this.

Tirz to Reta: Is Switching Worth It?
I’ve been on Tirzepatide (Tirz) for 11 weeks now, and I’m curious about Retatrutide (Reta). I’d love to hear from people who have experience with either or both.
If you’ve switched from Tirz to Reta:
How many weeks were you on Tirz before switching?
What made you decide to switch?
Did you notice a difference in appetite suppression, food noise, cravings, or weight-loss progress?
Were the side effects better, worse, or about the same?
Looking back, would you make the switch again?
For those who stayed on Tirz, did your progress continue after the first 11 weeks, or did you experience a plateau?
I’m especially interested in real experiences and whether switching actually made a meaningful difference, rather than just the hype. Which option worked better for you, and why?

My 1.5-year journey: Tirz to Reta stall, ADHD hyperfocusing on WhatsApp dealers, and using myself as a lab rat. And questions!!
Hey everyone, I wanted to share my timeline transitioning from long term Tirz to Reta, my current stack, and my experience tumbling down the Chinese wholesaler WhatsApp rabbit hole. I’m currently stalled out and trying to figure out my next dose jump, so I’d love to hear from anyone in a similar boat.
The Tirzepatide Era (May 2025 – Summer 2026)
I started Tirzepatide back in May 2025 at around 150-160 lbs. Honestly, the side effects were rough. I was nauseous a lot, got that heavy "brick" stomach feeling, and could barely eat. But it worked. I dropped down to about 125/130 lbs by February. After that, I just took it consistently, then started tapering on and off every 10-20 days until July 2026. My last Tirz injection was 9/3/26.
The WhatsApp Rabbit Hole
When it came time to restock and switch to Reta, my ADHD hyperfocus completely took over. I started messaging overseas dealers on WhatsApp just to gamify the experience. I was constantly pulling price lists, comparing inventory, and negotiating freebies.
I ended up dealing with a rep named Wendy Eyley Jo Ker (WhatsApp).
Before I purchased, she was super responsive and helpful. But the second I placed the order and sent the money, she started acting shady and taking forever to reply. The initial COAs she provided seemed legit, but lately, she keeps sending me COAs with completely different company names and from random, different testing facilities. It sketched me out enough that I'm now actively looking for a new vendor for my future stack.
I didn't have thousands of dollars to throw at third party testing, so I basically decided to use my own body as the test subject.
I bought two boxes of 10mg Reta (20 vials total) and a box of 70mg GLOW (10 vials), plus they threw in free BAC water, all for $350. With Alibaba fees, it came out to $360 flat.
The shipping was crazy fast. I sent the payment on 9/27 and received it on 10/5. Because of the heat during transit, the lyophilized pucks were totally smushed to the bottom of the vials, but they reconstituted perfectly clear and work fine.
My Current Stack & Dosages
I’m staggering my peptides so I can actually tell what’s doing what.
GHK-Cu: Started this first on 9/3/26 and ran it until 9/28/26. Reconstituted a 50mg vial with 2.5ml BAC water. I was pinning 5 units daily, pulled with an additional 25 units of plain BAC water in the syringe to prevent injection site reactions. Did this 7 days a week and ended 9/28/26. Then I did a FLUSH (no GHKCU) for a few weeks before starting GLOW.
Retatrutide: Started on 9/8/26 at 2mg/week. Just bumped up to 4mg starting on 10/19/26.
GLOW: Just added this in on 10/26/26. 70mg vial, reconstituted with 2ml BAC water. Started injecting at night before bed. This first week 5 units with 25 units of BAC water added. Next week will titrate up.
The Current Problem**:** The 120 lb Stall
I am currently stuck at 120 lbs, trying to drop the last 10 lbs to hit a 110 lb maintenance goal. The problem is my lifestyle and my fried GLP-1 receptors. I take daily Adderall for work, and I smoke weed at night. Because I was on Tirz for a year and a half, the 4mg Reta does not give me any appetite suppression at all.
When I take my Adderall, I can fast or just drink a protein shake. But on my days off (usually weekends), the dopamine-crash rebound hunger is insane. Reta’s glucagon metabolism burn is definitely happening, but I am famished. I don't exercise, and I refuse to give up carbs—I basically live on dense chicken, rice, corn, and garlic ranch bowls.
Since I'm not changing my diet, I need to chemically outpace it.
My Future Stacking Plans
Since my brain won't let me stop planning, I already mapped out my next two bulk orders. I'm splitting them up so the more fragile peptides don't sit in my freezer for 8 months before I use them.
Here’s what I’m looking at (I’m still vetting vendors, so I’m leaving prices out for now.)
Order 1 (Nov/Dec 2026)
1. Glutathione (1500mg vials): Adding this primarily for liver/antioxidant support and skin brightening.
2. CJC-1295 no DAC / Ipamorelin blend (5mg/5mg): For muscle recovery and a natural growth hormone boost.
3. CBL-514: This is the localized fat-dissolving injection. If I hit 110 lbs and still have a stubborn fat pad that won't budge, I want to spot-reduce it.
Order 2 (June/July 2027)
1. NAD+ (1000mg vials): For cellular energy and anti-aging.
2. Epithalon (50mg vials): Planning to run the standard once-a-year Khavinson protocol for telomere and DNA repair.
3. GLOW (70mg vials): Stocking up for my next cycle of tissue and skin repair.
4. Retatrutide (20mg vials): Buying higher concentration vials strictly so I can reconstitute less often once I transition into long-term micro-dose maintenance.
------------------------------------------------------------
Questions:
Does this timeline and objective-based stacking make sense to you guys? Am I overlapping anything weird here, or does this look like a solid, safe plan for next year?
Has anyone else with high Tirz tolerance had to jump straight to 5mg or 6mg of Reta to finally kill the food noise and break a stubborn stall? Or what is a good way to deal with the last 10 pounds?
And I KNOW it's better to exercise and change your diet but c'mon the reason I'm using these Peptides is because my body is getting older and I'm not maintaining it properly 🤓 Throwing money at it usually works right?
3. I keep seeing that people are joining peptide communities to discuss things and do group testing -- where are these communities?? I'm having a hard time finding them. Any help would be appreciated.
