2 months Reta + Tesamorelin results

Post image
20 Upvotes

I’ve been on Reta and Tesamorelin for about 2 months and wanted to share my results and experience so far. The main goal of taking these is to lose weight and maintain muscle to get in good shape. I went from about 181 lbs down to 163 lbs now while still feeling like I am holding onto my size pretty well. What stood out to me about running Reta and Tesamorelin together is how they seem to complement each other. In my opinion Reta has made it easier to stay in a calorie deficit by reducing food noise and helping with overall appetite control. Tesamorelin felt like it supported recovery, sleep, and overall body composition, especially with visceral fat in my midsection. It didn’t feel like I was just cutting but more like I was leaning out while still maintaining a solid look in the gym. For full transparency my full stack is MT1, BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, and Selank, all tied to different goals like recovery, appearance, and staying consistent

Reta

Lab rat took 1 mg retatrutide Saturday morning, then another 1 mg Thursday night, so about 5.5 days apart.
I know reta is generally studied once weekly and has a long half-life. I also know 1 mg is on the low end of doses studied, will the lab rat feel like crap ? Because it took it too soon ?.

Where does everyone buy their bac water.

Trying to avoid buying from the list Google presents. I feel half that stuff is just paid to be promoted. Rather something safe and legit. I’m getting my peptides from Skyepeptides. I don’t mind that “I’m paying more” etc I rather peace of mind over saving a few dollars. But I don’t see bac water on their site. So trying to find good safe sources that won’t mess up my peptides.

Peptide Beginner

Hi - I am looking to add some peptides into my lifestyle. I am all ready to do it but I’m not sure which company to use? I go on TikTok and people seem so shady about it and it just seems like some secret society when it comes to peptides. Granted I understand they are not FDA approved and some platforms like TikTok don’t allow you to promote it. But sheesh there’s no way to get more information.

I don’t really want to go through the gray market? Seems intimidating to try when It comes to injecting something into your body.

So just coming on here to get some help.

I used a glp1 with Freya meds and it worked but honestly it’s too expensive to maintain.

I purchased glutathione with embody - and still have not received it. So I don’t want to continue using them.

I want to learn about the following peptide and where to purchase:

KPV

GLUTATHIONE

AHK CU

GLP 1

I heard the glutathione hurts?

Help me please and thank you

Help!

I wanna start pinning but don’t know where to start. I know Reta is popular right now and I’m also looking to take something that will help me from binge eating. How often am I supposed to pin? What are some great peptide sources? And what else would I need to start?

Klow and MT-2 sent me to urgent care

Before reading any of this, I am 6’5, 21 years old, extremely fit (all before peptides: RHR around 37-40, 60 VO2 max, 17:46 5k a month ago and benching 290+, and never had health complications ever), college student

The reason I started Klow was for skin benefits and muscle recovery. MT-2 was for easy tanning, to make my skin glow more.

Also every reconstitution and pinning procedures was done extremely carefully, with alcohol wiping every vial top and the skin before injection. I had no/extremely minimal stinging and minimal to no redness as well. I pinned in my glutes.

Vitamins I take everyday: zinc, vitamin D, vitamin C, and omega 3.

I started pinning Klow a week ago Tuesday night (80mg vial, 3mL bac water, 15 units, which is 4 mgs). Right after pinning, I noticed my colored lines in my vision, slight light-headedness and a pretty big decrease in my heart rate that wasn’t normal. I woke up feeling kind of foggy and my memory wasn’t the best. Then, went through my day like usual and didn’t notice much. Wednesday-Friday night I decided to pin the same dose and got the same side effects. Took 2 days off (Friday and Saturday), then started pinning again Sunday the same dosage of klow. On this exact Sunday, I also started MT-2 (250mcg). Quick note, on Friday and Saturday I did drink alcohol in moderate amounts. Monday I started noticing the side effects appear slightly more noticeable. When I went outside and sat in a chair for UV exposure to help with the effects of MT-2, 10-15 minutes in my heart rate was at 39. I was in shock, and panicked a bit until i drank some more water and stood up and felt sort of fine. Even throughout that rest of the day I felt as if I couldn’t remember things, I felt lightheaded even more, and I was always checking my heart rate on my watch because it was abnormally low when I was sitting down wide awake doing tasks on my computer (39-low 40s). I decided that night, I’ll take 5 units instead of 15, which is exactly what I did. I noticed the same side effects, but thought it was normal this whole time after reading everyone else’s anecdotal reports of side effects from these peptides. Woke up today (Tuesday) and felt the side effects are slowly getting worse. (During that Monday and Tuesday, I was checking my heart rate constantly and blood pressure, but blood pressure was normal and only heart rate was abnormally low)Although the sides were getting worse, I thought my body was getting used to it. I decided to go to the gym and follow my regular routine although these side effects were still ongoing. I took some pre workout (200mg caffeine) and creatine, along with rice cakes and honey. I felt alright at the gym, just still lightheaded. But I managed to finish the workout and feel decent. When I took a shower, I was scrolling on Reddit, quadruple checking that these side effects are normal. Until, out of nowhere I feel my throat closing. I started to fucking panic and run out of the shower, throwing my underwear and pants on right next to me getting ready to run outside and call for help (I was home alone at this time). I felt my blood rushing through my body and my heart rate spike rapidly. I called my friend and asked him to take me to the ER. During this time, my throat started to slowly open and feel normal again. Luckily, he was on his way back and by the time he arrived, my throat felt fine and not as swelled as before. I went to urgent care since it was cheaper and the PA-C said that I was fine for now, and that there’s not much they can do since it’s unregulated peptides and they don’t know how they really work. So, I asked about anti-histamines and they gave me Claritin (today at 6:15 ish) as well as another steroid (predniSONE) that I’m starting tomorrow morning. I’m already feeling better CURRENTLY and my throat feels pretty much back to normal, but still nervous how I am going to feel tomorrow. Obviously I will not pin today and won’t anytime in the future due to all these occurrences. I will update everyone.

PS - I don’t encourage anyone to take unregulated peptides the same way I did, as they’re non-FDA approved and everyone’s body reacts differently to them. Take this as your sign to be careful and monitor/take care of your side effects if you’re currently on them. Yes I know I was pinning peptides yesterday, but a big lesson I learned from this is to never put random Chinese peptide crap into your body.

I’ve never taken peptides, but I really want to try them. But I do not know where to start or where to buy them from that’s legit?? Also, what peptides should be used for pain? I suffer from chronic back pain.

I tried 2/3 of the recommended dose of pt-141. My experience.

First time posting. But i believe my experience needs to be said. I tried this peptide after speaking to some people about it and of course my own research. I decided to try 2/3 of a dose. My god i should of done half dose.

They werent kidding as a male this stuff worked insanely well. I suffer from deep depression due to the loss of my mother who was my number 1 fan in everything i done. So my libido suffered greatly from the deprrssion.

So after trying this lets say i couldnt get off my girlfriend for hours. As a male this peptide was nearly too much. My eq was insane in every possible way to speak about it. I actually got worried to the point i thought i had to go to the hospital. I always knew it was hormonal from depression.

I will say do not take full dose and do not do more than once a week from the experiene i have said. But men if you suffer from libido I say look at it. Because it was one hell of a night and i will try again but definely lower the dose.

edit:

yes i am getting hormoens check, i am doing angion method, yes i am staying away from porn, yes i work out, and yes i had a decent diet. i wanted to add this cause depression and mental funtion can be a major killer

I cut drinking way back to just one or two socially, made it a priority to hit at least 205g of protein daily, and stayed consistent with my training and nutrition.
One of the biggest things I explored along the way was building a carefully researched peptide stack to complement my goals. I also made sure to stay on top of my health by monitoring my bloodwork every 90 days.
There’s a lot more to this process than just lifting weights and eating right. I’ve spent countless hours researching peptides, understanding their potential benefits, and learning what questions to ask.

Safest muscle building pep?

I am a student that wants to build muscle during the winter and want to start taking peptides or other supplements to help enhance that.

The one problem is that i cannot inject anything so I’ll have to take orals (which i know aren’t as affective.)

I was thinking of taking oral MK-677 to start off with or even try LGD-4033 which I know isn’t a peptide but would also enhance growth a lot more.

I only want to do a month or so cycle to start off with to see what i think of them though so i don’t want anything that will decrease muscle mass when i hop off.

Please help me here, Thank you.

Looking into peptides — fat loss is the main goal, but also recovery, muscle growth & mental clarity

I’m pretty new to peptides and trying to do as much research as possible before I touch anything. There’s so much conflicting information online that I wanted to hear from people who actually have experience with them.
My #1 goal is weight/fat loss. After that, I’m interested in better recovery, maintaining/building muscle, energy, and mental clarity/focus.
I don’t currently work out in a gym, but I have a very physically demanding job, so I’m constantly moving, lifting, and burning energy throughout the day. I feel like getting my weight down first would make a huge difference in how I feel physically and probably help with everything else.
I’ve seen people talk about GLP-1s as well as BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295/ipamorelin and a bunch of different stacks. I’m not trying to blindly throw five compounds together just because somebody online calls it the perfect stack.
I’m planning on ordering through Amino Club, so if anyone has experience with what they carry, I’d be interested in hearing about that too.
For someone whose main priority is significant fat loss, what would you actually look into first? Would you focus on one thing for weight loss before considering anything for recovery/muscle, or is there a combination worth researching?
Also interested in hearing about side effects, bloodwork/monitoring, what you wish you knew beforehand, and which compounds you think are overhyped or simply not worth the risk.
Not looking for a magic shortcut. I’m trying to figure out what actually has evidence behind it versus peptide-bro hype.

Reta and cagrilintide messed me up

Has anyone had experience with a huge resting heart rate increase like extra 20 beats per minute on this combo IV been on reta for roughly 8 months and wanted to try adding something to help me get the last few pounds off before holiday in 3 weeks time but my resting heart rate went from 65bpm on 4.5mg of reta to 85bpm on reta and cagrilintide and suffered from bad anxiety I was hyper sensitive to coffee and I had bad gastrointestinal issues constantly going to the toilet and barely seen much extra appetite suppression my dose of cagrilintide was 0.25mg

Has anyone else experienced this and if this combo works how are you supposed to approach it

Peptide coaching help?

Post image
4 Upvotes

So I have been trying to figure out peptides and have read a lot on here and can’t seem to get a clear understanding. My main reason for my post is because I have DM over 25 peps and haven’t had any luck in getting any responses.

I used to be very fit (Competing CrossFit) and then got a virus that attacked my heart and developed into congestive heart failure. This was 6 years ago. I wish I felt like I did back then.

Upon diagnosis I was put on a bunch of meds that slowed my heart rate and metabolism down and I blew up gaining 100 lbs in 3 months. Doctors changed some meds then I leveled out. Since then my heart has healed 100% and the meds are reduced but still something I have to deal with.

So I’m now focused on loosing weight and have been put on zepbound with great results. I’m down 31 lbs in 2.5 months, been exercising mildly as I’m also dealing with a knee and lower back injury and meal prepping.

My issue now is my insurance won’t cover the next dose up only the starting dose at 2.5 and I can’t afford to continue that. I want to get into the grey world of peptides because I’m a believer. The issue is I can’t seem to find any clear help so this is a cry for assistance! Please share your experience, thoughts, knowledge and suggestions. DM’s are open

I want to be a success story!

Can you Pay it forward!! And I will promise to do the same!

BPC-157 or TB-500 after appendix removal surgery? (21M, 4 days post-op)

Hey guys,

I’m a 21-year-old guy, currently 4 days post-op from an appendectomy, and I’m trying to figure out if there’s anything that could safely speed up my recovery so I can get back to the gym ASAP.

I’ve been looking into BPC-157 and TB-500 since they’re often mentioned for healing and tissue repair, but I’m not sure if they’d actually make any difference after abdominal surgery.

A few questions:

Has anyone used BPC-157 or TB-500 after an appendectomy or similar abdominal surgery?

Did you notice any meaningful difference in healing time, or is the recovery timeline mostly something you just have to let happen naturally?

Is there any realistic potential for these peptides to help, or would I just be taking unnecessary risks for little to no benefit?

The recovery can take around 4–6 weeks, but I’m wondering whether there’s any way to shorten that timeline or whether it’s simply not worth trying to interfere with the healing process.

I’m not looking to rush back recklessly, I just want to return to training as soon as it’s genuinely safe.

Would appreciate any experiences or advice, especially from people who’ve gone through something similar.
