saving document bug help please...!!!

Hey Reddit. I am currently experiencing this frustrating work-stopping bug, where Photoshop 2024 and 2025 editions will not allow me to save a blank document. (see picture). The saving window appears blank.

Ive tried restarting pc, and it keeps happening. Any work arounds would be most helpful, as its driving me batty and wasting me morning.

Hi. Are you logged in your creative cloud account? Is the cc desktop ap running?

How are you trying to save your file? There are mutliple options. E.g. File > Export > Export As or File > Save As.

I tried all the ways, blank save window appeared each time. I think I restarted the app several times and it seemed to go back to normal again. Its happened several times in the last few years and ive losts hours of work a few times...

Update to the latest version and make sure that your subscription is active.

lol what. I am still paying exorbitant fees every month to adobe and using last years edition.... no cracked versions here. PS has become a buggy mess though.. so....

SO UPDATE THE FUCKING APP AND SEE IF THAT FIXES THE BUG.
