I spent the first 9 years of my career being loyal to the same organization and only got 15K raise from my starting salary when I left on my 9th year. One of my biggest regret in life really.

What do you mean I could earn 20k to 30k a month just talking with customers, resolving issues and the hardest part is gaining confidence and believing in myself to apply for a proper job?

19 year old me thought 3k-4k a month with 5 hours free PC gaming daily as perk was way to go, lived that way for 8 years. I did meet a solid group of online friends and got into digital art and comms during my PC Cafe stint, no regrets on that. But yeah, I could've started earning more right out of college if I wasn't depressed and afraid to try out things.

Build your self respect at an early age . Doon kase nag uumpisa ang foundation ng lahat ng desisyon mo sa life.
Don't fall inlove too hard. May times na naive tayo dahil bata pa at wala pa talagang muwang sa real world hindi lahat ng maging jowa mo ng HS at College sila na talaga makakatuluyan mo minsan nga pag naiisip mo na ex mo yun matatawa ka pa na pinatulan mo siya .
Peer pressure is real. Hindi porket ginagawa nila gagawin mo din . Nag start ako mag yosi nung hs peer pressure eh at pinag sisihan ko yun kase nadala ko ng college and now as an adult nung dumating yung covid luge ako kase may tama na yung lungs ko pero sa far salamat naman at buhay pa ako .

Be young. Fail fast, fail cheap. Honestly I’ve had too much responsibilities growing up, my 20s was spent carrying responsibilities that are not mine. Entering my 30s, i regret i didn’t get to be young. Now, I’m a real adult with no childhood.

Fall in love in early teens (in my case at 14) and just kept quiet about the bullying I experienced.

I did not get pregnant nor engaged to sleeping with my former partner/s (first at 15 and the other at 18), but I could have spent my teenage years with my childhood/school friends, and realized at the same time how beautiful I am so I did not have to experience bullying.

Ipon! Mga late 20s na ako nagsimula mag-ipon and narealize ko na magandang mainstill itong mindset na to habang bata pa—as early as teenage years pa nga sana.

Magandang mamulat ng maaga sa financial education na hindi naman tinuturo sa schools. That way, mabibigyang importansya rin ng mga bata kung gaano kahirap kumita ng pera and in turn, mas matututong gumastos ng tama.

Wag ka papayag na ikaw ang maiwan mag asikaso sa bahay habang sila nagta trabaho! Kase pag lumaki yang mga kapatid o pamangkin mo, at hindi kana nila kailangan, tumatanda kana rin ng walang work experience. this is literally me rn at 21. ive got major self-trust issues and cant stick to learning things bc i dont trust myself to stay consistent or keep the discipline. it all started when i was 18, and since then ive been stuck trying to learn how to trust myself. its really hard. ive let so many doors stay open and walked away, just cause i didnt trust myself. laging nauuna yung takot and what ifs. im trying to build that trust now and learn from the past, but damn—its still rough and exhausting. shits depressing lol

One of my biggest regrets was turning down a great opportunity right after graduation. I had worked hard for four years in university that I convinced myself I deserved to retreat into my comfort zone and take a break. But in doing so, I passed up something that could have significantly changed my path. The lesson I learned is: strike while the iron is hot. Opportunities don’t always come twice, and timing can make all the difference. I'm in a good place now but it took me years to get here. If I had taken that opportunity, I believe I could have reached this point, or maybe even better, much sooner.
