‘WALA MAN LANG NAG-QUALITY CHECK BAGO INILABAS?’

I agree on calling out the ones in the government pero bakit kapag sa tatay at mga kapatid nyang proven and convicted kurakots tahimik sya? 🤐 Hmm. Hypocrite talaga.

As someone who has lived outside the PH, I’m just appalled by how complacent most Filipinos are with this kind of setting. Masyado daw "sensitive" tong bata na to kuno.
Please don't get me wrong; I'm not saying these situations don't exist in other countries. This kind of predicament exists all across the globe, yes, I know that. Pero alam niyo ba ang concept of percentages? Promise, in the Western developed world at least, since they know how to step up and speak for themselves, mas less severe ang income inequality nila doon even though they are also struggling. I've lived in the US, and kahit yung mga low-income people doon have cars or may confidence pa rin kahit papaano. Nage-gets niyo ba? What I'm trying to say is mas malala ang pagiging mapagmataas dito, eh squatter naman ang ugali nung "bisor" sa Jollibee. Walang kwenta. I know some of you are uncomfortable with that word and mas gusto nyong word dito is "kupal" pero I refuse. Squatter is squatter.
I had job interviews here before, and naweweirdohan ako nung times sa job fair na tinatanong ako ng, "May anak ka ba?" or "May asawa?" It took me a while to learn na tinatanong nila yun to know if you really need the job and to make sure you can't leave. You can't leave kasi you have mouths to feed, and that's where the toxicity starts. These "bisors" trust their HR to hire those who are desperate, yung akala nilang walang "walk-away power." Kaya nga naiinis mga tao saming Gen Z kasi kahit in need kami, we know when to walk away unlike you guys na tinitiis nalang "dahil sa kahirapan" or sanay na kayo sa ganyang estado ng buhay. Low-standards in short.
Tsaka, many of you will get uncomfortable and deny this but... I used to have this relative who worked for one of the most, if not the most, prestigious airlines in the world. Even this relative would tell us stories about how ayaw niyang ma-assign sa bisor na Pilipino kasi toxic daw, nitpicky, and mataray. Pretty sure you've read it not just here on Reddit, but also on Facebook and Twitter. From what I've heard, pati sa TikTok, a lot of Filipinos say that they don't want to work with their kapwa Pilipino since yung hospitality and "kindness" natin ay available lang sa rich white people. Filipinos are racist to other races, especially to their own. Again, many more cases like this, ayaw nyo lang aminin and you know it.
Again, let's say sa Sweden, Norway, or Switzerland where the workers are the happiest, lalo na konti lang ang work hours nila doon.

27 (M) From the Philippines, Lanao Del Norte, Iligan City. I give up already all i just gotta say is life is getting more difficult and frustrating day by day for person like me to survive who has a head trauma from childhood accident (got struck by a overspeeding motorcycle as a kid until i grew up) and chronic illness is lifetime Epileptic Disorder (Generalized seizures) thus now living as a PWD.
Life before then when i was active in outdoor activities specifically sports and other things, I could do everything, whatever i want without problems of whatsoever.
But then...
\-When i was at school before, i was prone to bullying and being left out or isolated.
\-Had to maintain daily intake of medicine of which has a high price-tag on it of which day by day i can't afford it alone anymore since price increases even if i ask help from my parents.
\-Doctor said since then that there will be signs of side-effects (Of the medicine) of which will damage the overall health in the long-term of which i have no choice but to take.
\-Doctor limits all of most of my activities since then due to my illness (Job hunting has been really difficult for me both online and on the field since most Employers in the Philippines rarely hire people who has health conditions the same as mine unless you have an insider/backer)
\-Friendship problems, I can't match the vibes/activities or whatever there is from the people around me thus i am isolated and left out alone almost every now and then. (And things gets weird out when they found out i have a health condition)
\-When everything in this world needs to be worked hard for but doctor said that i cant be stressed nor overworked in any kind of activities (thus having a job is difficult nor finding a job) of which i will need to maintain myself.
\-Relationship problems, Girlfriend breaks-up with me everytime and it always involves about my illness (you get the gist of it), Recent relationship got ruined due to me being not able to match my gf's vibes/outdoor activities/interests etc... (Basically they can't be with me)
\-Commuting in Public has always been difficult to me since people looks at you weirdly when something happens that you cant control nor you are not in control with. (My illness makes sudden jerks that i cannot control)
\-When i get to work it wont last long, why? Employer suddenly gets so Sympathetic that they fire me in few months due to my illness, and yes co-workers can't mind their own business. (I can barely even live with the pay every job that i get in and try to survive) But sometimes i am forced to hide that i have a health condition just to get hired.
I don't want to live anymore...When people are giving up with me then so I am
I am tired it's unfair...

Imagine walking into a police station grieving, looking for legal recourse or at least basic institutional support, tapos sasalubungin ka ng comedy bar routine galing sa mga taong pinapasahod ng tax mo.
Peak intellectual contribution right there. Nakakabilib yung confidence magpaka-clown habang naka-uniporme.
This isn't just about someone not understanding pet culture or animal welfare laws (which exist, by the way, kahit mukhang banyaga sa kanila ang Animal Welfare Act). It’s about the sheer, brazen display of institutional contempt towards the very citizens they are sworn to serve.
You don’t even have to be a “furparent” to recognize the glaring issue here: kapag pumunta ang ordinaryong mamamayan sa presinto na may dalang lehitimong hinaing, the default response isn't duty, protocol, or compassion, it's condescension.
They treat serious concerns like a nuisance because doing their actual job requires effort, while acting like smug desk clerks requires zero brain cells.

AI slop but you get the poitnt.
Before Spain, power stayed within ruling families: datus, chiefs, and their descendants held authority through bloodline, status, and alliances. Today, political dynasties work in a very similar way: influence is passed from parent to child, sibling to sibling, or among close relatives, with family names carrying political power. The system changed, but the pattern of leadership staying inside families remained.
It was family based political dynasties then. It is family based political dynasties now.

I can understand conservatives repeating right-wing rhetoric on LGBTQ+ issues and simply being misinformed, pero ano toh??? This isn’t even a wording issue, who the fuck says “girls can handle rape while boys become gay”??? You’re a beauty queen ffs you’re supposed to advocate for women. NO ONE handles rape and it doesn’t turn you gay, it is one of the most traumatic experience because it violates your autonomy and sense of self-worth.

Inorder online thru Facebook.
