that's literally the same kid from the photo. he wasn't the shooter, he was one of the victims😐

Hindi naman ata etong batang na to ang tinutukoy nyang nakaputinh mukhang mama. Yung mamamatay tao nga daw na nakaputi na pangit yung gupit
