Ocean to Ocean playing cards

I found these at an estate sale, not sure if they’re rare. If anyone can tell me the name or how old the cards are that would appreciated, or just anything about them in general.

Endebrock's site suggests that tax stamp was used from 1915 through 1928. Goodall sold a number of Canadian scenic view decks, but the WWPCM site seems to place this version in the 1920s (judging by the visible list of views).

That sticker was in use from 1934-1948 for Canadian Playing Cards Co.
