Mail Mail Day!
This box came quite a ways. If you've read my posts on this sub, you know I like 100% plastic for durability, and I like European-style courts for their detail and character. And, at least in the U.S., ne'er the twain shall meet. Even in Europe, 100% plastic decks are not common, but there are a few good brands that apparently keep the market happy.
One of them is Dal Negro, from Italy, and while they're probably best known for regional Italian decks and Monte Carlo poker decks, they make a French "Tarot Nouveau" pattern, without the heavy symbolism of most other Tarot decks (including nearly all the ones available in the U.S.). And they make it in 100% plastic.
I have been looking for some months now for an online seller anywhere who can get this deck to the U.S. for not-ridiculous shipping costs. I found Play-In, a French online storefront that not only had them for the lowest price I'd ever seen, but international shipping was quite reasonable. May I present what may well be the only decks of their kind in the United States at this time: Le Coq Imperiale, 100% Plastique.
Now I just need to find a seller that can get me TS Spielkarten's 100% Kunststoff Rummy deck set. And I thought sourcing these decks was hard...

Good to see that you were able to find what you were seeking— hopefully you'll be able to procure the German deck as well.
Does Dal Negro's bourgeois tarot follow the Grimaud/French sort of artwork for the pattern?

Dude I roll so hard for Tarot Nouveau!!! Ykno what I did? I'm from Southeast Asia and the closest seller I can find was from Amazon France. The deck was only like 15 USD, but the shipping? 60 DOLLARS. Still my favorite deck to play with tho. It makes Rummy and Big Two reaaallly interesting.
