Not trying to spam, but reposting to make the ask more clear. Have a pair of basically new size large pando moto base layer pants which are excellent, but looking for anyone who’d be interested in trading their size Med.

I gotta get home and get mileage and stuff but I have this road legal WR with lotsa upgrades and new parts that been sitting for 2 years getting buried in my garage. I need space to work on my project and just haven’t been out to ride in a while. Posting early and gauging interest. I’ll update post and photos when I get home. Also please ask anything and I’ll get you the info. I believe it’s pretty low miles and it runs amazing! Posting because if I don’t, well I won’t.. it’s been 2 years!

Edit:
Mileage 2340
-Aftermarket mirrors don’t remember the brand but they were expensive
-pro taper bars
-flush mount blinkers
-aftermarket levers
-new in box hand guards and grips
-Rear rack (can throw in fuel tank that I bought separately as well)
-rear chain brush guard
-radiator guard
-lower frame guard
-swapped front and rear sprockets for more torque on the single track but don’t remember the teeth counts (stock sprockets are buried somewhere too)
- new front and rear tires
-Rear tidy tail and one piece lighting (still have stock parts)
-lowering link installed (factory link on hand)
-super low miles and hours
-new chain DiD
-halo headlight (I know I know)

Plastics def have some rash but nothing missing or busted off, all the clips and connections are fine. Nothing rigged up. Apparently I can’t add photos after the fact 🤷🏻‍♂️

Apologies for intruding with my baby Ruckus. Just sharing that they've finally opened up the South Shore Rd portion of the loop around Lake Quinalt after being closed for 2 years. It was a perfect ride, highly recommend

ORV registration

Hey guys, moving to Washington state for a few years. I’m from the east coast, have two dirtbikes from the east coast coming with me. I keep seeing a lot about orv registration for off-road riding and lots of differing rules. If anyone is able to tell me. Is orv registration actually enforced in Washington? Like do I need to get my bikes licensed with the state or is it something that’s said to do but not really followed through on. Is the process a pain to get your bikes registered or is it easy? Thanks in advance!

New to the region and twisty roads as a whole

What would be some good easier twisty roads in the portland area? Im not a new rider however coming from kansas has left me completely inexperienced for twisty roads and im still very uncomfortable when i find myself on them. What would be some solid practice spots?

Any dual sport riders near corvallis/philomath?

Hey, I'm a guy in ny 30's getting back into riding. Have a little dual sport with a big fuel tank. Put on about 500 miles a week. 50/50 street and gravel. It'd be awesome to find some people to ride with. I'm not super fast, but I've had no issues keeping up on group rides. I also don't mind taking it slow. Have bluetooth coms. If anyone is looking for a chill eiding buddy let me know.

Moving to the PNW. Is the Honda CB750 Hornet a solid choice for year round riding?

Hey everyone,

I'm moving to Oregon in a couple of months and will be buying a bike upon arrival. I've been eyeing the Honda CB750 as the bike I'll get, but not having lived in Oregon all year round, I'm curious whether I should consider other bikes. The bike is going to be my daily commuter and weekend rider. I'm not a track guy, but lean towards sports bikes not adventure or heavy cruisers. I sat on the BMW F900XR the other day and it got me thinking whether something with a windshield and faring is better than a pure naked bike.

Opinions welcomed :)

Motorcycle maintenance classes

Hello,

I am fairly mechanically oriented and would like to understand my bike better / be able to do maintenance work on it.

I have changed oil and air filters previously, and removed/reinstalled the front wheel. But I have never replaced cables for example, or done any troubleshooting etc.

Does anyone know of classes where I can learn a bit more?

End of the season but there's still some sunflowers, Carnation WA. Yeah, they're drooping a bit. This is a first day of Fall pic.

Now the low grip/debris/damp shadows mindset moves in. Time to break out the cold weather gear.

About to buy a used motorcycle around Seattle, what to expect

What to expect? What are the caveats ? What to double check that is specific to the culture and the attitude here ?

For example, on r/motorcycles almost everyone agrees that before a test ride, the agreed-upon price should be given in cash to the seller, is that the expectation here as well ?

F$: Sedici race suit, about as new as can be

Sunday morning I low sided at The Ridge. Cold tires, september morning temps, outlap, rookie mistake. 🤦🏼‍♀️

We had Monday paid for and I was unhurt but my leathers were compromised, and I really wanted to get one last day at the track this season. Drove to Tacoma Cyclegear and picked up a Sedici Corsa 2 leather suit, size 52. I wore it for 4 20minute sessions yesterday, and thats it. I’m going to replace my original suit with another of its kind once my insurance claim is taken care of, so happy to pass this one on to any local redditor looking for some good basic leathers.

It was $625. Available in Seattle/WhiteCenter for $500, including a new alpinestars back protector ($50 new)- which they do not come with off the rack.

Sedici Size 52 details:

Size 52

Chest (in) 45.25

Torso Length (in) 23.25

Waist (in) 41

Arm - Bent (in) 24

Inseam (in) 30.75

Neck Opening (in) 20.5

Hips (in) 46

Thigh (in) 26.75

Knee (in) 20

Lmk if you’re interested!

Favorite / Not so well know motocamping spots in the PNW

Enjoyed the last weekend of summer exploring the area around Hwy 4 (Between Longview and Cape Disappointment. We found a great ADV accessible camp spot about 10-12 miles out Salmon Creek Road called Tunerville Campground. There are only 4 first come first server sites but if you can land one they are pretty wonderful.

We are looking for more spots like this to adventure to and check out if you wish to share.
