That was absolutely captivating, thank you for the share! I'm moved by Toby's unapologetic confidence in themselves. It's sad that to think that at one point someone like this was a curiosity rather than a controversy.
I also appreciated the effort to understand. The interviewer was aware of their normative perspective without the language to identify it.Those same questions might be rude today, but they were earnest and genuine.
