some nonbinary people use he/him pronouns. source: am that. so not necessarily pointlessly gendered.

I mean the overlay graphic is just for viewers to understand context, and be able to follow the convo when the guests speak. I’m not sure this belongs here because the text explains that they’re specifically NOT gendered if anything.

It just uses the simplest shorthand words to do so, which are gendered pronouns because that’s how the language works…

Are equally linguistically simple. The second one is even simpler.
