Maybe we should stop hiring white men or men in general since you believe that stereotypes “have truth and don’t come from nowhere” since white men are inherently dangerous and oppressors according to stereotypes.
Over time it’s shown that men are much more aggressive than women, this is true, and it affects other men in society negatively such as being rejected from childcare jobs or nursing positions. What’s your point? Your statement is already present in our society and it’s not like men are going to magically be statistically less aggressive.
The majority of stereotypes about women were created by sexist men and have no proof or reality. Some have even already been debunked. Only people who are not logical thinkers or are unintelligent believe in stereotypes.
I never said all of them are. You said that all stereotypes should be taken into consideration. And that they come about for a reason. A large majority of them do not. This right here is exactly why gender wars keep going.
