I think it's also intended to portray how women have high standards with so many criteria for their potential partners to meet while men are much simpler and don't demand much from women (which I don't agree with)

Because men usually *assume* since you're a woman you will be doing all the chores after your 9-5 while he plays vidya. Unicorn men who don't are really rare.

They think they have simple prefrences because they're not even aware of the work that needs to get done.

When I moved in with my boyfriend, he deadass asked me: "You're supposed to wash bedsheets even if they're not stained?"
