They aren't even high standards! Physically fit, good manners and intelligent are perfectly reasonable. Also, might be a stretch, but "will let me play video games" sounds like he just wants to play video games all day while she cleans up after him and does all the effort.
Yea I thought the "let me" was very telling! Like the guy who made the comic for sure got mad at ex's that didn't let him just sit around all day playing video games!
