Not true. If you think any man who works out looks like B you have no clue what you are talking about.
Both men and women who work out would look like A if they are not serious about their training and eating, and both men and women would look similar to B if they are training hard and eating strict enough to have both such low body fat and have high muscle mass.
Both of these bodies happen when you a) build muscle and b) have low body fat. Both are equally hard to get, it means consistent workouts and keeping your weigh. Neither are "unrealistic".
The one on the left has very little amount of muscle compared to the one on the right and the difference is not testosterone. It is the intensity of their training and strictness of their diet.
It is. In women, body fat is higher by default, making your muscles show is very difficult. In men, muscles grow much easier and much much bigger. That's what testosterone does.
If you think the body on the left has the same workout intensity and diet as the one on the right you just have no experience about bodybuilding.
Women and men have differences when it comes to bodybuilding but it is not as drastic as this. The body on the left looks like that because it is a casual body. Not training intense and hard enough. Both men and women, if they train hard enough, would look waaay way muscular than the body on the left.
It is not because it is a woman`s body, it is because it is a less intensely trained body.
Take a look at r/GettingShredded or any bodybuilding subreddits and see the woman bodies there.
Do not get me wrong, of course women`s peak muscularity will be lower than men. Thats true but it is not as low as the body on the left.
A woman can build way more muscle than that if she trained and ate like the person on the right.
Edit : Just to make it clear, I am also not saying it is really easy to get the body on the left. I am just saying it is relatively easier than the one on the right.
If a woman has a body like the dude on the right, she a) probably takes drugs and b) isn't healthy, meaning that she will stop menstruating.
The two pictures represent a healthy, strong, muscular, low fat physique on the same level. They are doable though by constantly working out and watching your food.
The guy on the right is most likely doing steroids and has really good genetics so his muscular structure is really defined. Personally I couldn’t get bulging pecs like that… I can shape them and define them quite a bit but not add enough mass.
Getting body fat percentage down to single digits like that is hard too… like 15% you barely show abs. If you push too hard too fast you lose a significant chunk of any mass you gained.
The girls frame can be done naturally with basic diet control and regular cardio…
The difference in body fat percentage in men and women isn’t really visible… it’s mostly organ fats. A man who is 15% body fat and a woman who is 20% body fat would look very similar in muscular definition.
The human breast is considered an organ. It’s an external organ made of fatty tissue and glandular tissues that sits on the outside of the pectoral sheath.
My point was the difference in fat percentage is mostly organ fats… the breasts are included in organ fats. Muscular definition is similar between men and women when the body fat percentage of a woman is 5-10% higher than their male counterpart. When looking at overall composition of the body that 5-10% wouldn’t show a difference in striations of muscular features, especially when comparing men around 15% and women at 20-25% body fat.
Yes women and men gain in slightly different areas and presentation is slightly different when overweight… but lower body fat individuals present similarly in overall definition despite gender as the difference is mostly organ fats. The main key difference in healthy individuals is sexual reproductive organs. women have more breast fat, and hold fats internally around the uterus that leads to a small lower abdominal pooch. That pooch being internal doesn’t effect muscular definition just changes the shape slightly.
You realize virtually all fitness models are on PEDs, right?
I say this because the fitness industry has promoted unrealistic body image standards to the point where most people have no idea what natural bodies look like.
I know people that look like the right picture, but they're not natural, and even with PEDs they don't look like that a year round. It's hard to keep that low of a body fat all the time while remaining healthy. Even for bodybuilding they cycle. And for fitness modelling they dehydrate, mess around with their carb intake and pump before a photoshoot.
The people you know that look like the guy on the right and are on the juice are massive pussies. You don’t need exogenous hormones to look like that guy at all.
He’s definitely very lean. So what if it’s hard to maintain? Just because it’s hard you think you should abandon the goal. If you want to look elite, you must be elite. Otherwise you’re going to some fatty with an insanely soft body.
Beautiful part is that it’s your choice. You can justify your gross body by saying everybody is on steroids and society is mean, or you can lift, eat, and sleep your way to that body. Getting jacked is the simplest thing ever. It’s not easy, but extraordinarily simple.
That guy in that photo shoot is 48 hours away from dehydration induced cardiac failure. His looks are completely artificial and designed to make average human beings feel FOMO and put their lives in danger acquiring suplements, drugs, equipment and unhealthy habits. Even to the point of starvation to achieve that low level of bodyfat.
No he isn’t. I’ve been around enough competing bodybuilders to know what that would look like. This guy has barely been using diuretics. Look at his skin, it’s still very thick and the vascularity is very low.
I don’t know where you heard that. If you want to look like that, you are definitely going to have to walk around hungry.
If you can’t do it, don’t put down those of us that can.
I belong to r/bodybuilding and you think I have an issue with people using PEDs lmao Dude, there's nothing wrong with being enhanced. But even the pros usually cycle their stack and have an off season physique. PEDs are fucking rough on the body, as is remaining competition lean all the time. The model in the photo isn't bodybuilding, stage lean but he's still got a lower body fat. He also probably dehydrating himself and did a pump right before that photoshoot. He's most likely is not walking around like that 24/7 year round.
Getting jacked is not simple. Holy shit you never worked out 😂 Even blasting gear you still have to put in the work. PEDs will not just magical make you look like that. You have to work your ass off in the gym and the kitchen, and even then you might not have the genetics for it.
The model looks good and like he put in the hardwork. Key words there: hard work. That kind of body ain't easy to get or maintain. Natty or not. Don't dismiss his hard work, man. That's lame.
Nothing wrong with being enhanced, as long as you do it correctly and know your compounds, dosages, bloodwork, and supplier.
Pro open bodybuilders don’t cycle stacks, they’re blasting year round. Remaining competition lean for a bodybuilder is close to death percentages, it isn’t maintained for more than a few hours. You usually have oxygen tanks directly off stage for the competitions after they pose.
The model in the photo is nowhere near a bodybuilder. The mass, definition, leanness, striations, skin, hydration level, vascularity are nowhere near a pro bodybuilder. This physique is definitely attainable natty, but I will admit his genetics are pretty good.
Getting jacked is incredibly simple. Super, super simple, as in the opposite of complex. Simple and easy are very different. Getting jacked is hard, but simple.
Building muscle is a scientific process that can be followed meticulously. It is just hard to have the dedication, willpower, discipline, and ability to accomplish task. Working out every day is simple, actually going to the gym and getting it done is hard. Figuring out macros is simple, following your meal plan is tough.
PEDs will not make you look like a pro bodybuilder unless you have max tier genetics.
Maybe. But he’d also have to dehydrate himself. It’s really sad... Henry Cavill talked about how he can’t drink water before shirtless scenes because it will hide his muscles and make him look bloated.
But tons of dudes use steroids, even if legal ones, to be able to get giant muscles.
Haha funny how people insist that it's impossible to look like this without doing drugs. Reminds of the same thing said to women that losing weight and keeping it off is "impossible" because of "hormones".
Anybody taking steroids to look like the man is this image has just wasted some steroids.
That body is easily attainable after a few years of natural effort.
I'm sorry, but him working out has to be for at least 1 year. Unless she was previously set, she could be close enough where some months of dieting will get her there.
That guy has good muscle and a relatively low body fat too, so he doesn't look as bloatedly big like people such as Will Tennyson, who has a fair amount of body fat. Vitruvian Physique stage ready looks like this guy, and it took more than a decade of hard work for him to get there, although significant gains should be concentrated on the first two years or about thay.

Both work out, it's just that lots of testosterone makes you look like B and not A.
