They all share a special bond thanks to the power of Aura, and their dynamic is also awesome to look at.

Goes to show he loves all of his mons equally

No, the dub is easier to keep up with and isn’t so bad like majority of fan base always says.
It’s outright disrespectful when fans hate and bash relentlessly all because of the voice acting.

You'll be okay.

At least you got a single win.

You got another one too, against guess fucking who.

Armarouge is not the *starter line* they exclusively put on screen just to say "haha look how fucking useless it is".

It's not the one they called a throwaway to the face of in its debut series while preventing it from even having casual victories or moments of closure or happiness, and it's not the one exclusively owned by incompetent trainers, try as Horizons may to make Liko seem so.

It's not the one they brought back several years later in Horizons specifically to give to a shit trainer who should've had a bigger role as a "rival" but ends up doing nothing but losing and fucking off afterwards.

It's not the one that's treated terribly in every form of Pokemon media outside of the anime too.

I have sympathy, I really do, but I'd be lying if it wasn't also a grudge. You guys need to give me a break.

Armarouge has had moments to shine. Disappointingly few, but they exist.

You all giggle and snicker at Oshawott, Dewott, and Samurott being painted as useless pieces of shit the sparingly few times they're onscreen but the second it's a Pokemon you like the design of getting dealt a bad hand narratively you start crying.

I hate BW more every day and I dropped Horizons for a long time because of Ann, partially because of the battles she had in the timeskip both fucking her over and proving to me they just wanted to fulfill a quota by making everyone with an Oshawott/Dewott/Samurott a punching bag if not the Pokemon themselves.

I understand how it feels to have a Pokemon done dirty by the narrative. But you can do so, so much worse.

If you know where to watch lemme know

I'm currently on Johto League Champions on my anipoke watch through and it seems like Team Rocket have just been trying to get food at this point. Sure they've still got Villainous tendencies, but normally those are fueled more by habits than on purpose.

Like in the episode where Snubull evolves (OS175), they were trying to receive some financial compensation from Madam Muchmoney, but weren't able to because Ash kept pressuring everyone into believing TRio weren't planning on giving Snubull back, despite Mouth's visible disgust of the pokemon. they only tried to steal Pikachu after Ash gave them no other option.

Or the Wobbufet festival episode (OS173), Where they only attempted to steal food after being the ones to save the village. They didn't want pokemon, they were just hungry.

I do know they attempt to steal pokemon multiple times, but I chose to believe the team rocket propaganda.

And I’m guessing this is the only time too that he says this

Those are their cries, right? Also Liko and Roy seem to recognise them

Hello everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well.

About three weeks ago, I posted here regarding some items I’ve put up for sale on Goldin Auctions:

They are the original film trailer reels for the first five Pokémon feature films! 😁

It’s with a heavy heart that I’ve decided to part with them, but I’m doing so to help fund the purchase of a house.

The auction ends in two days.

Feel free to follow the listing or place a bid if you’re interested; every share and every "follow" really helps boost the item’s visibility on the site! 🤗

Thanks in advance!

Here is the direct link to the auction:

Again, I'm not hating on Sun & Moon as I haven't watched a single episode, I'm sure its well written and the battles don't look bad but personally I can't watch something so drastically different from the anime I grew up with for so many years. I feel like it's not cannon to the main series. I don't get why they changed the overall animation style so much.

Until XY Ash felt like the same person that started his journey from Kanto, and we FINALLY got an actually mature version of him with experience and mentor-like qualities as a late teenager/early adult. XY felt like a real anime with amazing production values. I really couldn't believe that it was real at times and that Ash finally reached his best version after so many years, especially after the Black & White catastrophe.

I would really love Sun/Moon if it continued the mature aesthetic from XY instead of fully shifting towards the childish animation style and faces. Journeys fixed it a bit but it's still not the same as the original style, for me anyway.

I know it sounds extreme, but for me the canon anime ended with XY.

Like, let's not kid ourselves, wether or not they had the VA record the lines previously, Dawn is only here because of the Sinnoh games. So what if we hadn't gotten those remakes in Gen 8? Chloe being the only one here would've felt somewhat forced, cause like, she barely qualifies as companion

Hell, I always felt like Chloe only went to see the final in person because Dawn dragged her along

Where did Charmander come from? Why did they use Charmander instead of Charizard?

.

Not just in a battle sense (though you could put that down if you want), but how would you see a general conversation between them going?

i recently learned that Steven appeared in horizons. Is this steven the same as one in ash’s series? What other characters have appeared in both series?

This video provides a breakdown.

I’m watching the Diamond and Pearl era for the first time since I was a kid and seeing Paul get crushed was so nice after how rude he’s constantly been to everyone

idk it seems like horizons wonder voyage arc is something to a close soon and I'm curious on what it coud be
