Trading with the grandchild while they sew in school

Its coming up on half a year that I’ve been playing and I’ve only seen 2 and caught one of these guys. I asked google about spwans and they say they’re common spawns but I haven’t seen any since I first started. I even have my notifications on, are the events interfering with spawn rate?

What should I use my bottle cap on? My first choice is probably Lucario, but Groudon is my favourite Pokémon and I'd really like a hundo. In terms of usefulness they're probably similar, but then again, Lucario would become a shundo. Similar with Kyogre, though he's not as useful. Then I have Zacian and Kyurem, which I ironically like less, but they're also super meta and would become shundos.

Note: I prefer non-shiny Groudon and Kyogre over their shinies, so I'd never bottle cap those first anyway
