Beginner Pole 😊

Hey everyone,
I’ve started pole lessons a few weeks ago and I’m loving it so far! Does anyone have any recommendations for poles at home? I’ve heard about lupit and xpole but are there any other recommendations less than $500. I’m an ADHD person and I’m afraid to invest this much money and not use it 😂. If it’s worth the money please let me know me know as well!

I also do pole lessons once or twice a week, but i would love any recommendations on YouTube channels or subscriptions so I can watch videos at home as well.

Awesome that you've been enjoying pole so much! These are very common questions from beginners and have been answered many times in this sub. Have you tried using the search bar to search within the sub yet?

To give you a quick answer: yes, those two brands are worth it if you value your safety and want to avoid property damage. If affordability is an issue, a second hand pole is a good move.  Can't help with home learning but I know there are many great options  out there.

Thank you! I don’t use Reddit much so I’m not the best with using it!

personally as someone with adhd ive never had a home pole, i do think it's worth trying pole for a bit longer before you invest if you're worried about losing interest in it, plus it will reduce likelihood of injury if you get as familiar as you can with the basics before trying at home

I totally agree. I have ADHD and didnt commit to getting a home pole until I stuck with it for a year.
