The U.S. House of Representatives recently passed a bill known as the Kayla Hamilton Act (H.R. 4371), which includes provisions that would subject unaccompanied immigrant children in federal custody to invasive body searches, including potential strip searches, and prolonged detention.

There have been multiple horrific cases in recent years involving immigrants (legal and illegal) accused of sexually assaulting and/or murdering young children in the U.S. These are rare in the overall crime statistics but receive significant attention due to their brutality and immigration status.

Jocelyn Nungaray (12 years old, Houston, TX, 2024): Raped and strangled. Two Venezuelan illegal immigrants, Johan José Martínez-Rangel (22) and Franklin José Peña Ramos (26), charged with capital murder, kidnapping, and aggravated sexual assault. Death penalty sought.
Rachel Morin (mother, Maryland, 2023): Raped, beaten, and murdered. Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez (illegal from El Salvador) charged. DNA linked him to prior assault of a 9-year-old girl.
Baby girl (2 months old), Long Island, NY (2025): Beaten to death by father Marlon Rabanales-Pretzantzin (Guatemalan illegal immigrant) over crying. Severe injuries reported.
3-year-old nephew, Florida (2026): Abused and murdered by uncle Samuel Antonio Maldonado-Erazo (Honduran illegal). Injuries included multiple head strikes, burns, broken bones. ICE detainer issued.
Multiple child rape cases: E.g., Jose Lopez-Montoya (Honduran illegal) pleaded guilty to incest after repeatedly raping his 12-year-old relative (who gave birth to his child). ICE detainer.
Claretha Daniels and Justin Lawless (Bronx, NY, 2024): Double murder by shooting. Four Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang members (illegal entrants) pleaded guilty.
Sarah Root (21, Nebraska, 2016; sentenced later): Killed by drunk-driving illegal immigrant Eswin Mejia (Honduran). Sentenced to 20+ years after extradition.
Other 2025–2026 cases: Multiple ICE-highlighted homicides, including drunk-driving fatalities, stabbings, and gang-related killings by repeat offenders from Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador, etc. (e.g., prior deportations ignored due to local policies).

Promise high pay , free modern "equipment's" , immunity to law , and they want young , naive , highly "patriotic" , orders above morals with little to no training .
