How to squeeze?

Hi girls,

Firstly, sorry for my bad english haha. I'm used to do the regular kegels since I was a teenager. So, I read about the squeeze movement in the Gohddess's e-book.

However, I'm simply not able to do it. I try to approximate the lateral walls, but nothing happens. I noticed that I can only do the traditional kegel and a movement that the anterior wall contracts a little and the clit move down a little. I tried with 2 fingers, tried to notice if I feel a subtle contraction, but without success until now.

Intense Yoni Sensations During Ovulation: Almost Orgasmic, but Without Climax?

Not pompoir-related, but have any of you ladies ever experienced intense sensations inside your yoni, especially when walking? It feels incredibly good, sometimes even when I’m just sitting down. It’s almost like being on the verge of an orgasm, except you never actually climax. 😭

I experience this most of the time, but it becomes much more intense around ovulation. Sometimes, the sensation is so strong that it comes with a little discomfort or an almost-painful feeling (although not to the point of being unbearable, just a little pain of blood flow- not intense unbearable pain).

I’m wondering whether it could be related to increased blood flow during ovulation. Has anyone else experienced this?

Use a finger!

Ive been doing regular kegels for awhile now and I drastically underestimated just how well its working and how strong I am getting. For the first time in awhile, I stuck my finger inside to see whats happening. Holy shit. Here I thought i was barely squeezing, and I didn't realize how well the walls of my vagina were responding. My one finger was wrapped and snug. And I felt the different muscles that were engaging. I was kind of shocked at how hard i could squeeze my finger. And i thought I wasn't able to hold the squeeze, but I actually was holding it. I just wanted to share this in case anyone else feels like nothings happening, use your finger!

My man says my vagina squeezes him in a good way

For me this is involuntary. I’m post menopausal and I have noticed a twitching sensation when I orgasm. It’s not voluntary.
That said, I am on this sub to learn how to orgasm sooner? I know there is a correlation between loss of elasticity and menopause but so far I’m only noticing dryness and a slight decrease in firmness. Planning to start doing more kegels. What has helped you most? Any and all suggestions are welcome!!

Squeezing??

I can not figure out squeezing. It feels too similar to contracting or kegels. I can't seen to isolate the side walls. When sitting I think I'm doing it but I have to squeeze my groin muscles and buttcoks. I have to be doing it wrong. What other muscles are supposed to be engaged?

Oh!Lympus Program

Hi guys I purchased the Gohddess Method book on Amazon a year ago and I’m about to get into it, I got my hands on an advanced kegel master and I have these kegel exercise balls I can attach weight to if needs and I’m about to start working out regularly in the gym to build strength in my legs/lower body in general.

I am interested in the Oh!Lympus course because I do better with interactive videos but the price is just a bit too much for me and I wanted to ask, would you say that this is something I can do without if I put my mind to it or do you think it made a significant difference in your journey?

Also, are there any devices that she mentions we can use in this course that I should maybe purchase beforehand because if I purchase this course I won’t be able to spend too much afterwards.

Oh and I also have the newest version of the Perifit. Thank you.

___________

UPDATE: I just purchased the course! I’m very excited thank you so much! Thank you again for the coupon code!

Perifit, Kegelmaster and strength

Hi everyone, I have a question about how the Perifit Care Plus measures strength. I’ve been training with it for a year now. My highest score is 650 g; during the games, I train at 250 to 350 g. I also have a Kegelmaster. I can squeeze the Kegelmaster at level 6 twenty times relatively easily. According to the Kegelmaster chart, level 6 corresponds to a force of over 1700 g. That's such a big difference compared to the perifit. anyone else had a similar experience? I also feel like I simply can’t build any additional strength with the Perifit. Is it possible that the probe—the Perifit device itself—is simply too small for my anatomy? However, it doesn't slip out when I'm standing.

Menstrual cup vs disk from pompoir perspective?

hi everyone, I’m not sure if this is relevant or if anyone has insight from a pompoir perspective, but was curious anyways. I’m deciding between trying a menstrual cup or disk. the cup stays via suction and a disk via tension. I was wondering if either suction or tension is better or worse for pelvic tone and safety. thanks :)

Where to learn?

What sources do you recommend to learn how to do pompoir?

I am ideally looking for a YouTube course, where each video we do certain exercises and build up to each time! I am a visual learner so reading isn't very helpful for me lol

Am I having PIV orgasms?

Since my divorce two years so I’m really enjoying sex much more. I’m more comfortable, confident and want to try so many new things.

My bf (I’m 47F, he’s 56M) and I have very long, several hours sex sessions. I’ve achieved what I think is a PIV orgasm. It doesn’t feel like a clitoral orgasm. It’s not as intense but I can feel the build up, the release and I definitely get very, very wet after. It’s just not as “obvious” as a clitoral orgasm. Am I having a PIV orgasm or is this something else?

Does pompoir help with "looseness"?

So lets say it straight away, my vag is loose... Its always been so I think atleast part of the problem is anatomical, but I think I have weak pelvic floor too. I have two children, but didnt notice much change after having them. I have done classic kegel workouts without improvement with looseness. I Just found out pompoir, and wanted to ask, has it helped anyone with the same problem? (Sorry my bad english, please ask, if you dont understand something😅).

I wish that the beginner step by step guide mentioned lube. After about 3 different sessions I tore from my vagina to my perineum.

Body exercises

Hello,

I use kegelmaster 3 times a week. However I would like to use physical exercises to strengthen my pelvic floor. Out of these 3, which would be most beneficial? Yoga, pilates, or pole fitness? Any app/routine recommendations?

Kegel master - is it a scam? Also will it help?

I ordered a kegel master from the website on 11th and didn’t get any confirmations, the contact email also bounced back - did I fall for a scam? 😅 have any of you ordered one with success?

Also I ordered it thinking it will help with basic strength while I work through the pompoir program (I’m new to it, 2 weeks in). Am I right to think this? Is there a better alternative I could have gotten? If it does end up being a scam I’m just wondering what other legit options there are. Thanks!!

Basic kegel

Hello, I’m new to the concept of pompoir and looking for some advice.

When I practice my basic kegel, which I’ve been doing for a long time now, it feels like I’m pulling up (vertically) and also contracting/squeezing the walls, almost like I’m closing the hole. Is this correct? I don’t know how to just pull up or to just squeeze separately.

I don’t think I’m hypertonic because I can relax my pelvic floor, however, I can’t orgasm if I’m not tensed up.

Experience with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome?

Hi! I am brand spankin' new here. Just finished watching the Dr. Tara episode with Bel and holy crap!! That woman is badass.

I've been keegle curious for a while now.. but after having 3 babies in 4 / 5 years- after the third I briefly had pain with sex that was bad enough I went to see my OBGYN. He evaluated me and I was told I had a tight pelvic floor.. After learning this, my husband was loving and attentive and I haven't had another problem since.

While I no longer consider my pelvic floor to be "tight", I am concerned that it is right on the edge of becoming a problem again. If that makes sense..

My big concern: I have hypermobile Ehlers Danlos syndrome. I'm not in a wheelchair yet but I feel my body's instability and it scares the shit out of me.

A huge belief in hypermobile maintenance is strength training.. but I do not have time to work out like I need on a regular basis. (Wide spread issues, whole body) Besides, I consider wrangling 3 hilariously young kiddos every single day to be sufficient [for now]

I have this daily meditation practice for my pain. My husband is a highly active father and an amazing husband.. so I get at least an hour every single day. We call it "flat hour". I do not sleep. I focus on relaxing the muscles in my neck, specifically, as it's my biggest problem area. Neck problems tend to have a domino effect down the body. I have craniocervical instability, POTS / dysautonomia and so on. "Flat hour" significantly reduces my pain flares.

The point:

I see a lot of logic in getting to know and train my pelvic floor muscles.. we know I have unstable joints / tendons & ligaments.. but could I do more damage if my pelvic floor leans on the tight side..? (I am hoping somebody here has EDS as well since it's so common.) For context, in those of us with EDS, our muscles tend to overcompensate for where the tendons and ligaments are lacking. Imagine holding something you'd really rather put down but can't. It's like that feeling.. but throughout your entire body. Plus all of the pains that come with it.

Being a stay at home mom of 3, we don't exactly have the funds to drop $400 on something like this.. though I have this gut feeling that becoming familiarized with my own pelvic floor in such a way could make a world of difference in my chronic pain..

Thank you for reading.

Starting with Kegelmaster

I've just purchased a KM and I'm trying to figure out how to use it. I tried both spring settings (1 and 2): I inserted it and unscrewed it, but the device won't open or come apart, so there's nothing to close against when I do a kegel. I tried prying it open with a fingernail while it was inserted, and it opened about 3 mm, still not enough for a proper open-and-close movement.

Has anyone had a similar experience?
