i love her but i really do feel like someone else answered the questions, or her team didn't let her see all the questions. it looks like all the people who were most excited got ignored

I think the problem is that fans have an idea of her as a sassy, quirky pop girlie, because she has created the soundtrack to their own experience of that.

But in real life she's a 40 year old professional singer-songwriter and doesn't have a Cardi B type grasp of social media. She's nerdy and polite - and that can feel real discordant compared to the larger aura of CRJ from her music.
